Actually disappointed here. Was there at 730pm last night and ordered 3 blizzard to go and when we got home with them we noticed 2 of them were fine, but mine which was a large chocolate blizzard with Reese cups. My blizzard was all chocolate ice cream and the Reese cups sitting on top. Nothing was mixed in it. If I wanted just chocolate ice cream I would have had it in a cone. What a waste of money I spent on the large blizzard. When I placed the order at the counter all the girls working were too busy talking with each other. 2 were on there phones. They need to be a little more professional and getting the customer orders right, instead of being on there phones. I think I will be traveling to ringwood to get Diary Queen from now on.

I went for an ice cream cone this afternoon and ordered a scoop in a sugar cone. The young man had me pay for it first, and then I was presented with a cone by a young woman, who was holding the cone in her bare hands, with no wrapper or napkin. Are you trying to make your customers sick? Would you eat food touched by someone's bare hands after they've handled money and trash? I should have demanded a refund since they made me pay first, but I didn't. What a disappointment and waste of money as most of it went in the trash can. Please teach your employees basic hygiene!

Very disappointed in this location. I've been going to DQ since I've been a little girl and have always loved it. Since my local location closed, I've started visiting the Oakland location. Worse DQ I've ever been to. The Blizzards are VERY light on the add in ingredients so I decided to ask for extra and also offered to pay more. I got a cup of ice cream with some candy sprinkled on top. The entire cup is just vanilla...nothing more.

Third time in two weeks I’ve gotten a cotton candy blizzard and no candy toppings like the previous comment mentioned. It’s like essentially eating vanilla ice cream. So incredibly cheap , you will be missing out on our family’s purchases here on forward.
Sent my wife again to give it another shot, both our cotton candy blizzards only had toppings in the first inch of the medium and small blizzards. The entire bottom was once again nothing but soft serve vanilla . Unbelievable

Do not order an ice cream cake from here. They don’t follow directions or colors that you ask for then give a complete attitude when I asked them to fix it. It ended up looking like garbage. Saddle brook DQ has done an amazing job with all of our cakes, we just didn’t want to take the ride. Next time I won’t make that mistake.

You know when you’re REALLY craving something and looking forward to it then you’re COMPLETELY let down?Essentially spent $38 on what should have been Blizzards but ended up 5 cups of milk with toppings (no, it wasn’t even hot out). Then who I can only assume was the owner (bald guy with tattoos) just walks away after making eye contact and realizing how let down everyone was. After waiting 30 min to be served & then being completely let down, we got in the car, pulled up to the garbage bin and threw all of them out after taking only a bite or two.Make the drive to Wyckoff for DQ

Terrible customer service. They did not honor their bogo deal on the blizzard because they do not have a scanner. Got 2 blizzards and one cone and they were runny which is not a first at this location.
