Very friendly staff, which I can appreciate. But the floors and the cleanliness was extremely dirty.. which is unfortunate because Duncan is amazing. Makes me think with the back looks like. Many ice cream options . Just not looking so clean.

It's your typical Dunkin' with a large seating area Baskin Robbins as well. Clean and friendly staff but high turnover rate on staff.
They are so lost with the customer service in the store. They can’t even get the orders out in the right order. I stood there with five people getting their order before me, that order after me. I guess a hot black coffee takes extra time to make.

Went there at 8pm when they close at 10pm to work with a coworker. Was asked to move from our seat so he could clean up early. That is extremely rude. I told him I was going to order a donut soon as I was working. I walk up to the counter and he throws all the donuts out. His reply was no one comes in at this time so I throw them out early. This place is extremely unprofessional, understaffed, and dirty.

General Manager (Shakila Rahman) is not Qualified. treats employees well infront of customers and when giving orders always has attitude Dosent care for opinions. A employee wanted to make a schedule change and employee explained an all an Shakila full on said “Don’t care about your personal life” and fired them. 0/10
