Whenever I walk into KFC or Taco Bell, it feels like I’m entering a top-secret meat laboratory where nothing on the menu looks like it came from a real animal. The “meat” is so mysterious that it might as well be called a basketball, because nobody actually knows what it is—chicken? beef? space goo? who’s to say. Every bite feels like it was created by a scientist who was *almost* done but gave up halfway. It’s all jokes, of course, but seriously… whatever they’re serving in there is definitely on its own level of “not-real-meat” energy.

The gentleman that waited on me today was extremely rude and obnoxious…. Will not be returning
whatever staff was working on 3/19 should be fired immediately. we asked for our extra cup since we ordered TWO of the same meals and the workers were extremely rude and refused to give us the extra cup even after showing them the receipt. then proceeded to tell us we needed to leave the store. i guess i shouldn’t expect much from fast food employees. we won’t ever be spending our money here again.

My husband was just there to pick up lunch- the kid behind the counter didn’t seem to understand English so my husband spoke in Spanish & got a nasty look. He ordered a 4pc meal- which came with 2 sides & 2 biscuits. He wanted 2 breasts & 2 thighs. We got 1 thigh & 3 breasts which were extremely dry!! And only 1 biscuit. Everytime - they screw up the order! Not going back here again!!!

Worst KFC I would recommend going to Pompton Plains' location over this one. The chicken was dry, the fries were stale and dry, and the sauces leaked all over the food. Customer service was okay, but what good is it if the food is bad?
I was ordering a family dinner not only she was really fast. She looked like she was annoyed or she wanted to go was just hide in the back. She gave me the wrong items. They didn’t even have The sauces that you asked for and when I got home, I didn’t have what I needed. She gave me the wrong items.
