whatever staff was working on 3/19 should be fired immediately. we asked for our extra cup since we ordered TWO of the same meals and the workers were extremely rude and refused to give us the extra cup even after showing them the receipt. then proceeded to tell us we needed to leave the store. i guess i shouldn’t expect much from fast food employees. we won’t ever be spending our money here again.

My husband was just there to pick up lunch- the kid behind the counter didn’t seem to understand English so my husband spoke in Spanish & got a nasty look. He ordered a 4pc meal- which came with 2 sides & 2 biscuits. He wanted 2 breasts & 2 thighs. We got 1 thigh & 3 breasts which were extremely dry!! And only 1 biscuit. Everytime - they screw up the order! Not going back here again!!!

Worst KFC I would recommend going to Pompton Plains' location over this one. The chicken was dry, the fries were stale and dry, and the sauces leaked all over the food. Customer service was okay, but what good is it if the food is bad?
I was ordering a family dinner not only she was really fast. She looked like she was annoyed or she wanted to go was just hide in the back. She gave me the wrong items. They didn’t even have The sauces that you asked for and when I got home, I didn’t have what I needed. She gave me the wrong items.

Got KFC for myself and a soda for my coworker today, my other co worker got it delivered through Door Dash, both of us got the famous bowls. Both myself and the coworker I got the soda for were in the bathroom multiple times afterwards, and it continued once I got home as well. The coworker who order and had it delivered had to throw her chicken away because it was raw. I’m assuming, since her chicken was raw, that mine was as well and I have the blessing of either food poisoning or salmonella.You know something is wrong when two separate orders are bad and a soda can make somebody sick!!!

Good ole Kfc and the 13 spices...a favourite always. Now if only they could make the zinger again and have it like the original from Trinidad, the last attempt a few years back was pathetic at best, not spicy, not flavoufull - a cruncher posing as a zinger.
