Called in a sandwich, gave me the wrong one on 3 separate occasions including this one. This is why we don’t let unsupervised children run an establishment, do better.

Looks like they changed ownership. They added a whole new cookie and pastry counter. Bagels are still good, but the selection was a bit less than usual. Cookies and pastries looked a bit old. Service w as good.

Love the bagels here. Employees always seem nice. I haven't tried the baked goods but they look amazing

I bought an everything bagel with cream cheese a water and a donut it came out to 5.90 all together. It’s an okay place it’s just that I didn’t know I had to ask for my bagel to be toasted so they didn’t toast it. That’s the only downside honestly.
So amazing warm bagels better than the one across the street that charges you an arm and a leg for everything
Used to love this place was a regular I used to think the bagels and egg sandwich’s was the best I ever had, as of recently any time I went I have been disappointed quality has greatly diminished, twice now I have asked for a “LIGHTLY LIGHTLY” toasted bagel made sure to emphasize and got a completely burnt bagel that I threw out, I am very upset because this used to be my go to place

Donuts are ok.
All other items are poor. And the store is very old and has not been updated in many years. Ordering process in bad as well but the staff does a solid job

Got two different types of bagels today, both undercooked and on the small side. Atmosphere, compared to the other bagels places leaves a lot to be desired.
The bagels are wonderful. We bought two different pastries, that we threw away because they tasted from freezer burn. I actually gagged on mine. Do not get their pastries.

Terrible. Waiting online for 20 minutes just to wait another 20 minutes for 4 bagels with cream. People ordered specialty wraps got their orders before simple bagels. So unorganized. Owner needs to show more appreciation to staff.
