Tararose is the best bartender we have ever encountered! She is beyond friendly, kind and professional. She goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this place especially because she “Tararose” is there!! We will be be back!!

My third time back at this restaurant it’s one of my sisters favorite places , unfortunately they sat us at this awful table with tons of flies! And sun ? light beaming into my sister and niece and nephew faces ! I felt very bad ! I asked the waiter he said sorry nothing we can do!! Very poor attitude! NOT HAPPY! I was extremely disappointed! Cause my sister wanted to make it nice ! Her intentions were good the place , not !Think again where you sit here ! It was my third time in the same booth with the bent table top ! Maybe it’s a kids table or section cause of my niece and nephew! Who knows ? I reviewed my previous pictures and noticed this , also it was warm . Not sure if I’d be running back here anytime soon !

Im 5 1/2 months pregnant and looking for a venue to host my baby shower.
I emailed Portobello on 8/28 and was told I could come in on 8/31 anytime after 12 and have an appointment with Marcello. I showed up, the hostess was bewildered, told me Marcello wasn’t there, and gave him my number. He called me later that day, apologized, and we agreed on Wednesday 9/4 anytime after 9:30.
It’s Wednesday 9/4 after 9:30, and I just showed up again and was told Marcello wasn’t there and I had shown up at a bad time. I showed up at the time we agreed upon.
All that to say I won’t be hosting my event at Portobello. Communication and consideration for people’s time is seriously lacking. 0/10 on the customer service front.

Great food, but after we were seated by the hostess (we had reservations), we all were settled in, got our menus, then, what I am assuming was a manager, came over and yelled at us that we couldn't sit there. Like we freaking seated ourselves there. Then he brought us to another table, saw how all 8 of us had to squeeze into a 6 person table and never even apologized for their mistake, just acted pissed off. Even when we walked passed him at the end of the night, he never smiled or said bye. Lay off the booze bud. You're an embarrassment to yourself. Will never return.

No longer have the (DJ) entertainment on a Saturday night that they used to have. Maybe it's everywhere, but drinks are very expensive.

Beautiful Tuscan Italian restaurant with a gorgeous outdoor area with a water fountain. The food was incredible. We had the II Giardino dello Portobello salad, amazing!
But wow when the main course arrived! We were speechless. You MUST get the Radiatore Michelangelo! It’s huge. You can def share with someone else. We also had the Filet Mignon and wow, the flavor was incredible. The Gnocchi OR Cavatelli Terracina was good but not wow.

Bartender is great, Mike C was the best and has beenm lunch prices and atmosphere along with immediate service, much more satisfied to leave this after living through portobello since inception. However you will never receive full marks you violated law to embarrass my town and got shut down for covid and your Governor got involved. As a lifelong resident it's time to clear your junk astroturf as I have my a video of me and three others eho fell trying to enter !!and your property today my mother's birthday i treated wasn't worth ice cold vent on me, nor the only staff

Refused indoor seating to my ADA service animal. Then (because I simply wanted the husband to have his nice meal) was allowed a table outside. When I attempted to use the restroom, I was denied access to the restroom on the main floor.
Experience has totally turned my husband off on encouraging this place for further corporate events. The most unwelcoming place I have ever experienced.
Had to pack out food and leave because of the manager 's attitude. 96 dollars for abandoned soup, salad and a plate togo. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed.
