Do not go to this Dunkin location! The woman was very rude and nasty after I asked her if my coffee had sugar in it. She repeatedly talked over me when ordering and at the window. They put sugar in my coffee the last time I was there and when I told her she said “ No sugar! I heard you the first time! “ I said I’m never coming to this location again and I’m sure to tell everyone else! Your loss lady!!

The only reason I gave it one star is because it’s mandatory to write a review. I’d like to give it 0 stars. Went for donuts & coffee. Told them I wanted to put my own sugar in. Good thing I did. When I took the lid off there was a curly black hair floating in the coffee. I showed her and she started yelling at me!! Said it was mine! First of all, I have light straight hair and second it was floating on top when I took the lid off. If I happened to have dark curly hair it wouldn’t have had a chance to jump in the cup that quickly. She continued to yell at me and then gave me another cup of coffee begrudgingly. And to top it off the donut was hard and stale. Last time I’ll be visiting this Dunkin!

The employee screamed at a customer that showed her a curly black hair in her coffee...customer had blonde straight hair...two employees behind the counter had curly black hair...i was embarrassed by the way she treated the customer in front of 5 other people.

The lady at the drive thru was very nasty, when I ordered the board said it was $2.89 when I pulled up to get my order she said it was $3.08, when I asked for a receipt she looked at the other woman working with her and said something in her language and they both laughed, I left with NO receipt because she wouldn’t give it to me,WHY??? Just letting you know I will never go to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again and neither will my family, it’s a shame how your employees treat their customers

my friends and i all got refreshers and i swear that lady put something in my drink. she took extra time on my drink even though i ordered before some of my friends. after the fact, i almost threw up and shit my pants. i started sweating and im feel sick. my friends also feel so sick.

I get the same 3 drinks every day and they are always different. Very inconsistent. Placing a order is like pulling teeth you have to repeat yourself several times as they are hollering over you amongst each other on speaker. It's next to my house that's the only reason I go but sometimes I just pull off in the middle of order it's so irritating. I have even called corporate once because they poured coffee all over the window and interior of my new car and I never received a response.One of the worst Dunkins .
I asked for an iced coffee with 2 pumps of cream and repeated that to her twice since I saw that she rang it in as 4 pumps of cream on the screen. When I got it she reminded me that she only put two pumps but when I got it, it was nearly white because there was so much cream and way too sweet when I tasted it. It was more like cream with a splash of coffee. I received my croissant and it was rock hard and burnt. Should have returned it but I was rushing to work and she was moving so slow at checkout and had no sense of urgency. Horrible service. Ended up tossing out the coffee and croissant and lost $8.

I love how generous Indian women are, multiple different Dunkin donuts I tip them a buck and they have insisted on giving me donuts. Honestly keeps me coming back with their kindness. Plus they're signature lattes are the best
