Staff is very nice and friendly. Manager is very understanding and always makes sure our coffee is how we want it. Me and my bf come here every morning. It’s part of our routine now. Really the best Dunkin around

I always have issues at this location and today was truly the last straw. They've fat shamed me, theyve messed up my orders, and today they overfilled my coffee so much it was spilling between the back counter and the driveway. I begged them to help out, to maybe empty the cup a little or give me napkins, and the older woman just gave me 3 napkins and closed the window on me. I spilled coffee *everywhere* in my car, and I was on my way to an important doctors appointment. Now im stuck smelling like mid coffee all day.

the lady at the window got soo rude because I asked her could she please wear gloves while making my sandwich she started being disrespectful and saying racial slurs out of the window she was an Indian lady very disrespectful she also burnt my food

This is hands down the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've ordered from this place about five times since moving to collingswood and each and every time, even when I put a mobile order in ten minutes ahead of even driving over, my food has never been ready on time. I've been late to work every time I've ordered from here, and most days always one or two things wind up being wrong with the order. I've never really had the same bad customer service experience as other reviews where staff were rude, but I've seen days where they have three people on every station and it is still incredibly slow and disorganized. The last time I went everyone was scrambling around trying to handle a crowd, except for one man, who I assume had to be a manager cause he was standing dead center in the kitchen facing the front of the store, not talking to anyone just on his phone. It was the craziest thing I've ever seen, I put my mobile order in like 10 minutes before driving over (it takes me fiveish minutes to drive to the store) and then I had to wait another ten minutes for them to even put my sandwich in the toaster. Get organized, fix the drive through speakers and try to listen more thoroughly when people order and this store should be fine. But as is just drive to another one, even if it takes you off your usual route or commute what ever time gets added to your ETA will be time still saved from ordering from this place

I will never go back, did not even get past the drive thru with ignorance, tell me I need to wait which was over 5 min and when I repeated hello after the five she screamed for me wait wait and the argument began. When I pulled up to the window she reached out as if she were going to hit me in my car because I called her ignorant and rude in which she was.
If you don't love your job and has no respect for customers, find another job- this is for the girl who thinks macchiato is the same as cappuccino. Dunkin Donuts, if this is the case, you better explain how you are advertising your products, telling us its cappuccino but it's actually macchiato or vise versa.
