Ordered food from here left a note stating to call when you get here! The delivery person decided it was acceptable to leave my food outside on a handle then call and tell where it is! That is unacceptable and not at all sanitary. Why would anyone think it’s ok to leave a persons food on a door handle! My directions were very clear in calling me when he arrived so I could meet him and get it! I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t want his food let on a door handle outside of someone’s home. Not to mention I live in the back he left it in the front!! Ridiculous

I was picking up cupcakes from next door to this place and looked over like let me try their food and it was the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had the roll has to be kosher I’ve never eaten anything like this it was so delicious to the point that I had my mother on the phone and asked her if she wanted to try because the prices was unbelievable and I’m happy we chose this place I will be back lol ❤️

We tried this place for the first time yesterday. We got the loaded French fries pizza, it was delicious. We also got a cheesesteak, pretty good, pizza burger, pretty good, pizza fries, good but too much sauce & the appetizer sampler, good, a little soggy from the container. Place was clean. Service was great. We will be back!!

Absolute horrible customer service. I order from here probably at least one every 1-2 weeks. On Sunday 2/11/24 I ordered online as I always do. Today part of the order included a Lg Pizza w/mushrooms & green peppers. They don't have an option to take off the cheese, so in the "instructions" I entered No Cheese at all - only sauce & veges. We received our order and it had cheese so I called. The guy who answered asked did we want them to remake it, and I replied yes, the person can't eat cheese. He then asked do I want it delivered, and I said no I'd pick it up. It's not the drivers fault. A few minutes later I missed a call from them, so I called back. The guy on the phone informed me they CAN NOT replace my pizza, I asked why, and he said I have no idea. I spent $73 on this order, and my past orders have never been under $50. So, needless to say we will never order from them again and will let everyone we know not too.

Second time I got one of their lunch specials. The first time I got a chicken cheese steak and it came with French fries and a fountain soda all for $9.87, including tax. This time I got the eggplant parm lunch special with fries and a soda for the same price. You get a ton of food and both sandwiches were delicious! I’ll be back to try other things soon. The guys in the store are extremely nice and very attentive when I was placing my order.

We’ve been very local to Philly phatties for the last couple years, practically coming weekly. The online ordering is extremely inconsistent. And the service is not great when confronted about the inconsistencies. Not sure if we’ll be coming back going forward, the food is decent but can find it elsewhere in the area.
