So this is what happened. I picked up a six pack of Improv from my local liquor store. When I got home, I noticed it was way past it's freshness date. I let Tonewood know as a courtesy. Maura at Tonewood responds at once and Jacob drops off a fresh six pack to my house the next day. That is class A customer service.
Played a gig there Friday with some friends(old and new). Been a fan of the Tonewood IPAs for a long while, but this experience made them even better. Super friendly staff, good crowd, good location, and of course some of the best IPAs you will find. I mean a collaboration with Icarus?!? Thats a power couple right there. Of course the famous Improv was my favorite. Can't wait to go back.
