This is by far the best dinner I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend got 3 drinks, all were fabulous, and their cocktail menu is very creative. The service was the best I've had anywhere, our servers name was Trevor. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and was very hospitable. Lastly, the food was out of this world. The flavors were insane and big portion sizes (easily shareable). We had got Honey burrata, Pokbelly duo, and calamari to start and the halibut and short rib pasta and lobster Mac and cheese. Best Mac and cheese I've ever had and everything was rich and flavorful. DO NOT forget to get the crispy Brussels sprouts! I would recommend everyone to try Rosie's and if I lived in south Jersey I would come here at least once a week

First visit here last night for our wedding anniversary dinner was so impressive, from the beautiful dining room to the service, to the top notch meal! Trevor was an excellent server who quickly fixed the Caesar salad and ensured our satisfaction. The homemade garlic bread was light and perfectly seasoned, Caesar dressing was outstanding, and the short rib pasta dish was loaded with meaty sauce. I couldn't resist getting the truffle fries which were outstanding! The duck was ok but we'll definitely be back to try something else next time. Overall good dining experience and look forward to returning in the future.

The first time we went in I had the pub burger, and it was excellent. The next two were a bit disappointing. In between I tried another item or two. I wish I could repeat that first burger. After two not as good ones I've learned to lower my expectations. Still good, but the first one was the best, and done just right.

We saw the Lobster Dumpling special on the menu and started with that. Presentation was beautiful, but they were definitely lacking in flavor. A little disappointing. My pan seared scallops and my husbands pork chop, however, were both cooked to perfection and delicious! The orzo that came with the scallops was buttery and smooth and the roasted capers added a great texture and flavor to the dish. The scallops were browned on the outside and tender on the inside, so good! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the pork chop - it was recommended to us the last time we were at Rosie's and he was looking forward to it since then. Moist and tender and accompanied by mashed potatoes (purple!) and asparagus - he enjoyed all of it. I have to mention the Prickly Pear Martini too - very subtle flavors that blended very well. Will be ordering that again on our next visit.
