I highly recommend taking a class here. The instructor Nicole is amazing at what she does and her passion for teaching really shows. This was by far the most relaxing yoga experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling so good. I went with a friend and she said the exact same thing. We can’t wait to go back and are already planning what class we want to take next.

Stopped on our way back to PA from Beach Blast ⚽️ with two hangry teenagers. We got Açaí bowls, a smoothie, and coffee and it was DELISH. Everything is fresh (they were cutting up strawberries and mangoes while we ordered)! I’ll keep this place in mind next time we hit the shore.

We had my daughters birthday party here! Nicole and staff were so accommodating and pleasant! The kids loved the Ariel Glow yoga! Nicole did sucha good job instructing the kids and helping them learn the poses! The Acia bowls were delicious! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to go back and take some classes!

Delicate acai bowl with bananas. Apples, granola and nutella. Very healthy lunch.Also enjoyed the moon balla/ energy balls in peanut butter, chocolate/date, strawberry. Friendly service too.
