The sign says $5 regular slice, $7 specialty. I have gotten two Grandma slices each time. Prices were $12, $10, $15, and $14.92. The young girl at the counter explained sometimes people ring in any price they want, or we round prices up or down. This place is no way to run a business. They either rip you off or rob you if they “round up.” Avoid this place.
They need better management. The manager never gets back to you.Returns calls
Worst experience of my life! I had my micro wedding here and was charged for things I didn't get. No drinks were verbally offered they just had a separate table with pitchers of water on it. We paid $100 extra to have a table set up with lemonade and or iced tea pre ceremony. I was supposed to be able to set up my wedding favors on this table as well. The seafood dish was supposed to have scallops in it and we noticed they omitted them. In the private beach area where we were supposed to have our ceremony they had an event going on up to 15 minutes before my ceremony. They had picnic tables alongside the ceremony just overlaping and pushed against the fence I had to ask them to move so they would not be in my pictures. I had barely any time to set up decorations. The air-conditioning was broke supposedly in the whole restaurant they could not even provide fans so my guests were very hot and uncomfortable. The upstairs was supposed to be our rain plan but we asked if we could have everything up there and the GM would not allow us to move to the upstairs that was air-conditioned and not being used but I was allowed to change into my dress upstairs. We were told it cost more to have it upstairs. I felt like considering the air conditioner not working they should have moved us. Honestly I could go on and on but I'm too exhausted! I felt like I missed out on a lot of photo opportunities and moments bc of how hot and uncomfortable everyone was!
It's really good

Food quality is great and above average for a fast-food type of restaurant. Staff are great and feels like your average Mom and Pop Restaurant, most likely to come again. Everything is clean.

My husband & I visited for breakfast & it was very good. Our waitress, I'm sorry I don't remember her name was very nice as well as attentive. When we visit Cape May we will definitely eat here again!
and right near the water and the down town walking area. This was in early March so the crowds were not there, but the several waitresses were and they almost fell over each other. The food was good, fresh and served promptly . Clearly a local favorite place.
This busy restaurant has a great breakfast. Nothing fancy but good food. This is ample sitting for crowds. Fast service.
We stayed at sandpiper resort and this is right next door. We ate breakfast here three days in a row. Place is spotless and the waitresses are amazing. Your coffee is constantly being refilled and the food came out promptly and it was good and hot. I had eggs all three days and enjoyed their corned beef hash. My husband had eggs Benedict which he loved. He also had the chipped beef which is rarely found in diners. The portion was huge, but he managed to clean the plate. Will definitely return.
