We’ve ordered from there numerous times. We’ve never had an issue. Tonight I called to order and what an experience that phone call was. Terrible service. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude. I’ll NEVER order from there again. Not only was she extremely ignorant the entire phone call, at the end said she doesn’t take cards over the phone for pick up and i was sending someone to pick up my food …
Very disappointed. Roll ends were burnt and broccoli rab had too many hard stems.
terrible service and no follow up. they turn off their phones before close so if your order is pending, you have no control. last time I ordered they were over an hour Late! total time was 1 hr and 45 minutes. in the interim of them not answering, I had ordered from somewhere else. when the driver showed up, he was extremely rude and told me he didn't care he was late. I had asked why he didn't call he told me"whatever". I still wanted the food and had every intention of paying...read full review
