Working with the staff was an absolute delight We had initially booked a wedding venue outdoors with Falco’s as our caterer, and due to the northeaster we had to change our plans Luckily, Falco had a banquet room that was not booked and were able to get us in. I reached out to Heather @ Falco's, we met, she walked me through their offerings and services, making it very simple for me, as the party planner, to put them in charge of catering, selection and presentation of napkins, to tablecloths, to cutlery, etc. Stephen (Falco's owner) and I visited the party site one week prior to the party and we both had some concerns, but he figured out and overcame all the challenges. The food was delicious, and we had more than enough staff which left me very little to do during the party which allowed me to enjoy it. The chicken dish (with artichokes) delish, the roast was cooked to perfection! Our party was at our home in the backyard. I went with all of Steve's suggestions and I couldn't have been happier. Falco's Catering provided passed hors d'oeuvres for our very special Library event, as we reopened to the public after a two-year renovation. They were extremely professional and kind, generously working within our budget to provide absolutely delicious refreshments and service for our event. We received many compliments on the food. Falco's were very, very easy to work with, accomodated our rather unusual event space and building to provide excellent wait service and were on time and extremely prepared. They came prior to the event to walk through and plan the catering flow of service, which was very reassuring. After the event, we would not even have known they used our staff kitchen and office space to prep the refreshments; it was all cleaned up spotlessly. Alissa Grasso, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with, patient with my many questions and concerns and extremely helpful and responsive. I always received immediate replies to my many emails in the run-up to the event. I especially appreciated that they were able to work with our municipal payment system, which can take some time. I am happy to highly recommend Falco's Catering for your special occasion!
