We love Falco’s!!! We hired them for our backyard wedding catering and truly we couldn’t have been more impressed. They made the entire process so seamless and exciting!! The owner and their entire staff is so helpful and kind, I would recommend them to anyone. Food was delicious and extremely well organized. I didn’t worry about one thing when it came to the menu or service on my wedding day!! We used all their vendors for our wedding (bakery, tent company, bar, etc.) and it really was so easy. Thank you for making our wedding day so special that people are still talking about the food!!!

What really meant the world to us was the dedicated team assigned to us (bride and groom). Falco's Catering provided passed hors d'oeuvres for our very special Library event, as we reopened to the public after a two-year renovation. They were extremely professional and kind, generously working within our budget to provide absolutely delicious refreshments and service for our event. We received many compliments on the food. Falco's were very, very easy to work with, accomodated our rather unusual event space and building to provide excellent wait service and were on time and extremely prepared. They came prior to the event to walk through and plan the catering flow of service, which was very reassuring. After the event, we would not even have known they used our staff kitchen and office space to prep the refreshments; it was all cleaned up spotlessly. Alissa Grasso, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with, patient with my many questions and concerns and extremely helpful and responsive. I always received immediate replies to my many emails in the run-up to the event. I especially appreciated that they were able to work with our municipal payment system, which can take some time. I am happy to highly recommend Falco's Catering for your special occasion!

I shopped around widely for my event (a surprise birthday party for 75+ guests) and was more than happy when deciding on the Renaissance. Alissa and the staff there couldn't have been more accommodating at every step, the pricing beat every other place I looked at, the facility is lovely, and the food was outstanding - as was the service. Consideration was taken in even the smallest details, and many of my guests commented on the quality of the food and the service afterward. This is the second time I have contracted with them, and highly recommend others to do the same.

We had my Grandson's Baptism Celebration catered by Falco's Catering this past Sunday. I was so impressed with their commitment and professionalism starting with the booking with Heather. She made the process seem seamless. The food was outstanding and presentation and service was amazing. Everyone that attended was so impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. This was my first big event ever planning. I must say everyone was so helpful from Heather who kept me on task for making sure my event occurred. The night of the event Renee calmed my nerves tweaked a few things to make sure my daughter's sweet 16 fully came together. She made sure she ate and had enough to eat and drink. Thanks to them and all the catering staff they made her sweet 16 a success! I will definitely work with Falcos again. I don't have many photos to upload just yet. I will upload a few.
I could not recommend Falco more! For starters, their food was delicious and their team is beyond friendly and helpful. We had our wedding in our backyard and we were blown away by how involved they were beforehand. The owner/chef came to see the property and work with us to create a floor plan. We also loved that he brought a rep from Ocean Tents to see everything and work together. Then about a week beforehand our maître d came out to see the property and go over all the details she would be able to help with. We loved that neither of them came in blind the day of! Our maître d Lisa was incredible! She was so friendly/ helpful while also keeping everyone in line to make sure the flow of the day kept moving. We loved that she made us a plate of cocktail hour foods to eat privately after pictures and before heading out to say our hellos to our guests. We also appreciated that she looked out for us and our parents at dinner time. She would make sure all of us stopped and ate at some point, otherwise we probably would’ve spent the whole day on an empty stomach.
Finally we have to shout out Heather. Heather was our point person through email from day one. She was so friendly and helpful, we could not have pulled off the day without her. Trying to pull off a backyard wedding is stressful but Heather helped every step of the way.

Working with Alissa for over a year of planning was absolutely amazing, she was always quick to answer our emails and went into detail with every possible option we could choose for our contract. We got married down the shore and inquired if we could have boardwalk inspired food at our cocktail hour. Not only did Alissa deliver with food recommendations, she created an entire boardwalk station for us (corn dogs, onions rings, cheese fries, so much more) which was something that was not included in the listed cocktail hour options! The team was so attentive and focused on making sure we had everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. Our maitre d’ Heather and bridal attendant Lisa made sure our reception went smooth and that we always had food and drinks in hand. We highly recommend getting the Italian ice as one of your dessert options, our guests absolutely loved them!

Alissa was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. She made all the planning so painless – even fun and easy - and I never worried that I wasn’t going to get exactly what I wanted. Lisa was my maître d and she is actually magical. She addressed all my concerns leading up to the day and worked seamlessly with all of my other vendors to make sure I was 100% taken care of. She was like another mother who was also running around like crazy during the wedding. I’m so grateful for her. Everyone in my family was ranting and raving about her, saying she was always right there to make sure they had everything they wanted; if they needed a drink, she was right there with one. This blew my mind because I’m not sure how she physically was able to do this for ALL of us and seem so attentive to me and make sure everything else was going perfectly. The rest of the staff were flawless too. Just amazing. And it’s important to share how many guests complimented the food – and (thanks to Lisa) – I actually ate a LOT of it and could not have agreed more how insanely good it was. Lastly, the venue at Renaissance is severely underrated. It looked beautiful, fit all my almost 200 guests and I did NOTHING on the day of. The staff took care of it all. Falcos and the whole staff was a HUGE piece in making my day so perfect. Could not recommend them enough.
