There is only two people working at this store. I walked in and placed an order. I came back 15 minutes later and the guy behind the counter asked me what my order was. He never made it. Route 70 in Brielle has many people working at one time. If you have time to watse, go to Ocean.

Clean restaurant, nice staff. But they forgot to cut my sandwich and add extra bacon and hot honey. For an extra $5, it’s disrespectful to get the exact same sandwich as a regular #26. Second time here and now Ive learnt my lesson. I will stick to the Jersey Mikes down the road in Neptune

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE OAKHURST LOCATION I cannot review our food because it was stolen by a Doordash delivery person who canceled the pickup from their end before taking the subs. Another driver was assigned by Doordash, but the food was already gone from the store. So the door dasher had to cancel the order. Thise was a hour longordeal which should have only been 20 mins the most dealing with the missing food we ordered. I work at a doctors office and we ordered this for our lunch which we never got and never got to eat. I was told to call the store which I did and spoke with the manager who saw what happened. It is sad this experience may stop our office from ordering from this store again especially being 8 Mims away from my office

I have updated my rating since learning the advertised student discount I’ve already used is apparently not for college students. Unexpected with Monmouth U so close by. This is disappointing and I feel dumb having to update people I told about this. Are a lot of high school students leaving the school, crossing the highway and spending $10 of their parents’ money on Jersey Mikes? Seems mildly unscrupulous. I order the veggie and spend more on the meal than the single sandwich. .75 for chips and a regular fountain soda … really penny pinching over here

I've only given this place as many chances as I have because it's like 5 minutes from my office. Maybe 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong.
Got a cheese steak instead of chicken cheese steak. Ordered chips 3 didn’t get them: employees took receipt off bag to prove he didn’t get my bag of chips. Idk what’s going on with Jmikes locations but I think everyone should take a break. Clearly these kids don’t care.
