Got a cheese steak instead of chicken cheese steak. Ordered chips 3 didn’t get them: employees took receipt off bag to prove he didn’t get my bag of chips. Idk what’s going on with Jmikes locations but I think everyone should take a break. Clearly these kids don’t care.

I always order ahead for my lunch and never have a problem but today I got there about 6 minutes after my pick up time and was told that it wasn’t ready. The two behind the counter kept assisting the other people coming in but nothing was done about my order. I waited for a bit until one of them finally started to look at my order and turns out it was on top of the grill already ready. Even then after the sandwich wasn’t made right and i did t finish it. I lost a lot of time for my lunch. Please train the two better.

Had a great experience eating at Jersey Mike's fresh food cooked perfectly (Philly cheese steak and buffalo chicken) the manager was very nice we got free cookies and they were the creme de La creme of chocolate chip cookies
