Dont order any too good too go here the guy here says dont give them any rice save it for me to take. Then i asked him the value he said 18 and i said where on the menu is it. He said a build your bowl and its only 12. Not worth the value

Just Salad is a wonderful addition to the Ocean/Wanamassa area. They have a great selection. I love that they change up their menu with different seasonal specials. Everything I've tried has been delicious! They also have a few different protein options for vegetarians, which is really nice. The store is neat and clean and the food is fresh. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially the manager Maria. This has quickly become one of my go-to lunch spots when working from home.

Poor service. Asked a few questions about menu options. Woman behind the counter (today) shove the bowl to me after I paid, and then when I asked for a bag she push the bag to me. Very rude after I left a tip. Not good customer service for location that just opened in September 2025. It's only September 28th... :(

This is a super Just Salad. Everything is fresh, plentiful and tasty. I can always find something I want from their extensive, healthy menu! Kudos to Maria & Darren for running a great location❤️ My favorite go-to when I don’t feel like cooking! AAA+

Have had good orders previously. Tonight the employees were very disinterested in their jobs. Ordered ahead, but still had to wait for the order of 3 items to be completed. Get home and there is no salad dressing on either order. I'm sorry but as a salad store, dressing is like half of your business. Please get orders right.

First timer, I ordered Chicken Avocado salad and there was NO AVOCADO! Just one very small piece of Avocado?? And I told the guy how much I love avocado and that's why I ordered that salad! Salad was mostly lettuce, very little corn. Some chicken and tomatoes. Not worth what I paid, $13.99? Don't know because I requested paper receipt on kiosk but didn't get one. The only good thing I can say is that the staff was very nice & friendly. I tried to call once I got home but you can't call store directly. Won't go back.

Went to the Sea Girl location yesterday and ordered the Hot Honey Harvest bowl added beets and extra arugula also asked for it in the salad sized bowl original price is 12.99 and I paid 17.04; great customer service great salad!
Decided to go back again today but this time to the Ocean Township location and attempted to order the exact same bowl with the exact same adds on’s but this time was told that per some “policy” that I’d have to purchase a re-useable bowl in order to purchase that meal with those add on’s — I explained that I ordered the same meal yesterday at the Sea Girt location and was not told that.
Did not order and instead left and called customer service. The women I spoke with apologized and stated that’s not a policy at all and that you can add on or edit any order.
I love the food. The chicken Caesar wrap is amazing, especially the poblano ranch dressing. My only issue is that when we order via doordash we've never had a problem with the Shrewsbury location (which was the closest one to Neptune before the Ocean/Sea Girt location opened) and since our doordash is now picking up from Ocean they have forgotten the dressing EVERY time. Not only was there no extra dressing with the wrap (that was an additional dollar...twice) but there also was no dressing IN the wrap. I know its a new location but the tickets clearly print the items. I worry the employees are just rushing. Other than that, the food is delicious and fresh, that's why we keep giving it a chance. Hopefully the missing item issues resolve.

Went yesterday for the $5 deals. Ordered a rice bowl and a wrap. Was told the sign said only 1 $5 deal per customer. I took a picture of the sign and it didn't say that. So I left the wrap they had made and they lost a sale. Bad customer service, especially since I was there twice in 3 days.

Crispin and his team are amazing. So thankful I had the pleasure of visiting a few times when he was working at this location! I’ve spent my summer with a broken ankle and every time I’ve stopped here for lunch in the past few weeks, Crispin has not only remembered me, but has also gone out of his way to assist me - carrying my food to the table, etc. which may seem trivial to most people, but meant so much when I was already having a difficult time. Just Salad is incredibly lucky to have such a compassionate and hard-working individual on their team. I wish he was staying longer! Wishing him all the best as he continues to bring joy to more locations!
