The gentleman working the drive-thru late on a Saturday night was incredibly polite and thorough. The food was extremely fresh and tasty. Highly impressive and grateful for a great snack late at night!
I had a disappointing experience this morning at the drive-thru. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles, three hash browns, two coffees, and three chocolate chip cookies. However, I received two sausage McGriddles and three sausage biscuits instead, along with my two hash browns and coffees.
When I returned to address the mix-up, the older Hispanic woman at the counter was unhelpful and seemed dismissive, suggesting that if I had ordered it correctly, she might have understood. While I acknowledge that my wording could have been clearer, I believe it should have been easy for her to figure out my request. All I said was “Sausage egg Mc cheese McGriddle”
To add to my frustration, I was charged an extra nine dollars for the items I actually ordered, despite the original order totaling $23 for five sandwiches, three hash browns, and two coffees. When I asked to remove two of the sandwiches and get my cookies, the additional charge didn’t make sense. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed with the service and the handling of my order. I hope improvements can be made in communication and customer service in the future.

I selected table service and instead what I got was someone yelling my order number out at the top of their lungs near the front counter. I will never be back here again. Customer service needs to improve big time. The only good thing to tell you is that it was clean in the dining area.
