Love Panera but this location Really skimps on the food. This is the third time I’ve gotten half full bowl of salad and paid for a full bowl. Only location that does that.

Nothing like starting your week with courteous and friendly people! Huge applause to Chris Panera Manager of Ocean Township! He took the time to listen to a customer who LOVES the wild rice chicken soup - for some crazy reason this deliciousness is not served everyday ! THAT’S CRAZY.... Chris humored the conversation and was very gracious and lovey!! I highly recommend this Panera location, make sure to say hi to Chris for me! AND don’t forget to get the wild rice chicken soup! ❤️

I have had most things on the menu which have all been very good. Atmosphere is good with free wifi and plenty of seating. Downfall is price :/

The last time I went to this location the wait time to receive my food was unreal while the workers were all playing on their phones and the place was empty. However, I was willing to give it another shot and decided to place my order ahead tonight for pickup. I ordered the Baja grain bowl with grilled chicken and my son wanted the grilled cheese. When I got home my son was starting to eat his sandwich and told me it didn’t taste right. To my surprise the paper that was used to separate the slices of cheese was baked into the sandwich. I posted the pictures of the disgust. How does someone not notice that!? Finally, my grain bowl didn’t have the sour cream and I was left with a dry bowl that I didn’t finish eating. I was willing to give this location another shot but I was left extremely disappointed and disgusted and will never go back. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this facility in Ocean, NJ. To anyone. I will continue to go to Wall and Howell.
I walked into this Panera location at 3:55P on 10/11/19. As I walked up to the register i saw an employee in the corner speaking on the phone with headphones in. After a second or two she realized i was there and came to take my order. She didnt bother to take the headphones out. I proceeded to the pickup counter where there were a few employee talking loudly and a few customers waiting. Trash and debris was all over the floor. I went to the drink station which stunk of funk. After I received my food I went to the lobby to search for a clean table. I say search because there were more dirty then clean tables. There was trash all over the floor. There were no customers being served on my way out and the front counter person was back on her phone with her headphones in. Where is the manager during all this?

Incredibly slow service at lunchtime. 25 minutes for soup and salad. This place consistently has employees that call out sick or they don’t have enough staff. I blame it on the hiring practices of the manager. AVOID unless you wanna wait all day.

Food & cleanliness is usually good at the Ocean Township Panera bread but the staff is not so great. Often training new people and they are confused. Shrewsbury store not so clean we have actually walked out because it smelled bad.

Ordered a thai chicken salad. When I got home, no roasted peppers, no edamame, no cilantro, no freaking chicken! I got peanut sauce, crunchy things and lettuce. Seriously? Never again
