Nothing like starting your week with courteous and friendly people! Huge applause to Chris Panera Manager of Ocean Township! He took the time to listen to a customer who LOVES the wild rice chicken soup - for some crazy reason this deliciousness is not served everyday ! THAT’S CRAZY.... Chris humored the conversation and was very gracious and lovey!! I highly recommend this Panera location, make sure to say hi to Chris for me! AND don’t forget to get the wild rice chicken...
Food & cleanliness is usually good at the Ocean Township Panera bread but the staff is not so great. Often training new people and they are confused. Shrewsbury store not so clean we have actually walked out because it smelled bad.
I had lunch today at Panera Bread in the Ocean location. The restaurant looked clean, and had tuna salad sandwiche with lettuce and tomato from the menu. The tuna salad was very salty. Not sure if the tuna salad is made at this location, or if it's made by a vendor for them. Very disappointed. When I first came in to order, there were two people taking orders. When it was my turn, the order person left to fill take out drink orders. There were many people waiting to place...
