We have been here many times and this time was the best so far! My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac and our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (as well as being an excellent waiter)!! Will most definitely be back!

Food was mediocre not as good as we have experienced in the past. Tomato sauce was crushed tomatoes from a can with no flavoring and very bitter. Nothing about this experience was special this time. The pasta was mushy and starchy and when I received it, it was cold. One of our members had an allergy to pepper and she had to keep sending back her food as they did not follow instructions and the chef never came out for clarification and they still got it wrong. Very disappointed.

The beef carpaccio was perfect, and I also enjoyed my favorite fried calamari with a beautiful sauce, wonderfully prepared soft-shell crab, and an outstanding filet mignon. The wine selection curated by Chef Brian was truly spectacular and paired perfectly with the meal. Every dish was memorable, and the whole evening was exceptional—I highly recommend this restaurant!

Piccola Italia offers a fine dining experience with white tablecloths, cloth napkins and replacement of utensils between courses. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. The bar is well-stocked, provides a satisfying atmosphere and can be an alternate place to dine. We ordered an appetizer to go with our drink at the bar before proceeding to our table for dinner. The dining areas are pleasing, and the food is prepared and presented within an appropriate time. The pace of the meal from the initial course and throughout is just right. I highly recommend this establishment.

Brought our $150 wine and paid $50 corkage fee , worthwhile! Appetizer was beet salad quite tasty with pistachios. Salmon very good and fillet mignon tender and quite large portion. But pecan pound cake with ice cream special was downright spectacular! Would definitely go again!

We are frequent diners at Piccola Italia. The reasons are: excellent food, excellent service, attentive staff & warm & welcoming atmosphere! Last evening's dinner consisted of a very creative pear & mushroom tart, a delicious beet salad, a perfectly cooked filet mignon served with a Gorgonzola cream sauce which was mind blowing & a black snapper marechiara with loads of clams. Delicious!!! We ended the evening with gelato ... vanilla, expresso bean & pistachio. The end to a delightful evening!
