Excellent dining experience. Great service and relaxed atmosphere. Appetizers and entrées were on point and delicious. Already planning to come back.

Delicious and creative three course prix fixe menu for New Year's Eve. Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. One suggestion: better selection of wines by the glass.

Need to include more options without meat or shellfish. And less dairy in the salad. And tastier food and drinks.

So nice to be out with friends & not feel rushed. We were able to have a great conversation & not have to repeat anything, the noise from other tables was not an issue at all.

A wonderful dinner. Service was impeccable, noise level low, and food excellent. We had two of the specials which were -- indeed -- special. We will be back.

We were in town due to a medical procedure and after a long day, we needed to find a place to have dinner. We stumbled upon this gem and were so glad that we did! The food was spot on and the service was great! We will definitely come back when we have to travel here again.

We thought the food was really good but it took a while for someone to come to our table when we first got there and a couple times during the meal. It did seem as tho they were short staffed so maybe this is not a usual occurrence. Ordered a martini but was told they didn't have the ingredients anymore to make it. We don't go out often and was a special night out for our anniversary. Wasn't blown away and probably won't go back but like I said we enjoyed our food. The eggplant pasta dish was really good.

Ordered the chicken breast and it was so dry. I’ve been here a couple of times and I don’t remember it ever being this dry.

I was disappointed.

I was here on a Friday night and there weren’t that many people either.

This is my go to restaurant when hanging out with friends, out of town company or corporate dinners. Menu changes daily... Freshest pasta or fish entrees! Flat iron/filet steaks are fantastic as well! Don't forget to try their beef carpaccio as a starter or Misti salad if in season. Excellent cocktails and a pretty good wine offering, too. Cozy ambience, and a great bar crowd! Reservations accepted along with ample parking. Conveniently located about a mile and a half off the Garden State Parkway.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, the Chef and his team.
We had our wedding celebration there on Sunday and everything was AMAZING!!
The food, the execution of what we wanted and the service by far exceeded our expectations. It was the kind of experience that our guests will talk about for a long time.
I HIGHLY recommend you visit Piccolo Italia!!!

We have been here many times and this time was the best so far! My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac and our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (as well as being an excellent waiter)!! Will most definitely be back!

Food was mediocre not as good as we have experienced in the past. Tomato sauce was crushed tomatoes from a can with no flavoring and very bitter. Nothing about this experience was special this time. The pasta was mushy and starchy and when I received it, it was cold. One of our members had an allergy to pepper and she had to keep sending back her food as they did not follow instructions and the chef never came out for clarification and they still got it wrong. Very disappointed.
