Food was good. Lobster Bisque recipe must have changed because it is not the same. Service was very slow, but they were a bit understaffed. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Still one of my favorites
Went there for lunch with a gift card my grandparents got me for my birthday, waited 20 minutes for the bartender to come to the bar she wasn't there the entire I was there, ordered the filet and lobster special well needless to say I only had the small piece of lobster because they messed the filet up, it was about as thin as a piece of paper I wasn't even sure it was a filet for 8 extra dollar on top of the 26 for the special they still charged me 26 and took the steak back never gave me anything else worst experience ever waste of a birthday gift card wasn't even a full meal!
The wait time was out of control we waited over an hour for our food 20 mins for our sodas35 mins for our dessert andddddd noone had on hair nets I only seen one table where the server actually covered the trays of food we witnessed swinging hair over the food people's noses in the food as they carried it from the kitchen and then breathing over the food as they handed it to us food covers and hair nets are definitely a must in the food industry especially when serving people food I don't think I would like to eat here again unless they gave me a gift card and I would use it at the other one in Toms River
Went during off hours and manager and staff very attentive. It's been awhile since I've been to Red Lobster and prices seem to have gone up more than other restaurants. Still, an enjoyable meal.
We order two dinner meal , for starter the lady got three things wrong . Plus our plate look like they just throw the food on a plate . Worst serve I've had here .
Came for a date night. Great service and food was cooked perfectly. As you can tell, they plated the food well (I’ve been to other locations where it was as though they just slapped the food on the plate).
Seafood wasn't seasoned. Crab, lobster and salmon had no seasoning. They forgot our biscuits too. Picked up dinner, good customer service but food was not good this time. Disappointed for sure.Update.Red Lobster reached out to me and provided a meal on them.The food was excellent this time and nothing was forgotten. Customer service was good just like last time. I've been there numerous times in the past and this was the first issue I had and they rectified it. This was a pick up order and I'm sure if we had eaten in the restaurant, it would have been addressed immediately. I would definetely return in the future. I loved the customer serviced provided and how they addressed my review immediately.
We went Saturday night and had the pleasure of Merline as a server! She is the most amazing person! Had all you can eat shrimp- fantastic! Merline made our night! Great food and amazing server!
Went here middle of afternoon on a Tuesday to celebrate my father in law's 79th birthday. Party of 7. We were seated and served by Simeka. We were given choice of any seat in the restaurant as they were not busy. Important because one of the members of our party is handicapped. Everything we ordered was great and fresh. Simeka was very efficient and accommodating. Great server, seemed to be doing everything, definitely an asset to restaurant. Will be back again very soon!
My mom and I had really good food but what made it great was our waiter FRED he was AWESOME!!!! So go in eat and ask for FRED you won’t be disappointed.

The entire staff was so nice and the food was delicious. Everyone was very attentive with my kids and even they enjoyed it!
Hostess/waitress exhibited a very hostile attitude when we expressed a desire/need for a booth - twice. passive aggressive nonsense started immediately with long delay for drinks, food, silverware etc. She can't hide behind it was crowded or she was overwhelmed -- food was a solid B all around
This last experience was gross.... waitress was inattentive and rude. The drinks we ordered were the Titos lemonade, clearly was not Titos vodka. We ordered the date night and the steak tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Also tasted like it was getting old. The lobster tail was good and the shrimp was OK.... the entire experience was bad.
I ordered the Pick 3, double coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi & a side of baked potato. I ate the coconut shrimp & didn’t get to finish the rest. I had food poisoning. I was throwing up so bad I was rushed to the hospital where I was hooked up to IV all night. This was a horrible experience. I’ve had Red Lobster before plenty of times but this by far was the worse Red Lobster ever. I would never eat or recommend eating from here!!!!
Just had lunch at Red Lobster with Marie as our server. She was absolutely wonderful. We could clearly see that she was busy... She bought our order out with everything we needed without having to ask her. She was multitasking each table with a smile on her face. It appeared that she may have been the only server. So kudos to her for doing her job the right way. Sometimes when an establishment is short staffed, the negative attitude may spill over in the way an employee interacts with the customer and Marie didn't do that. So thank you for your outstanding, Marie! It was appreciated and acknowledged!
