December 6, 2024, is when I am writing this review but I have been going to Rizzo's for decades. The pizza is good, and if the tall guy is cooking then the pizza is excellent for MY tastes. By excellent, I mean the crust is relatively thin, airy, and stiff, so I can eat without the slice flopping over. I no longer work in the area so I don't get here as often as I used to. I stopped by in November, 2024, got my two slices plain, and decided I should finally write a review.

I've been eating at Rizzo's since I moved to Ocean Township in the late 90's. For 28 years, when I walk in, I always see the same familiar faces and get the same awesome food. I live 300 miles away now, but whenever I am back in NJ, I can't wait for my first taste of home! They very kindly let me taste their fresh out of the oven bread tonight and I it was to die for. Thanks Rizzos ... I'll see you at Christmas :)

Always clean and neat inside. Same people working behind the counter since I first started going. And I am not sure what they do to their fountain soda, but it is amazing!
