Was there yesterday, I don’t like the kiosks to order your own meal, then stand and wait for 10-15 minutes for the order to be filled. Only 1 person taking orders from people and 1 other filling all orders for inside dining. No napkins, or ketchup at the station. Not fast food, never had to wait this long, and the chili is not like it used to be, thin, watery and not as not meaty. Honestly, service was faster in the drive through lane. No one wiping tables etc. Will not be coming back to this Wendy’s even though it’s closest to my house.

didnt order spicy chicken. did not say the word spicy. got spicy. gi issues means i cannot eat anything spicy. i worked in fast food for nearly a decade i do not understand why this is so difficult

So bad they forgot my cherry sauce for my wednesday meal and they didn’t give me a spoon and they forgot my spicy chicken nuggets i’m very disappointed and i’ll be leaving a bad review

One of the BEST WENDYS I’ve been to in a while. The fries are always fresh. The baconator, is just that, A BACONATOR WITH ENOUGH MAYO KETCHUP CHEESE BACON AND FRESH COOKED MEAT. The staff is super friendly! 10/10💕

I went in to purchase my meal the people there are not custom to dine in. I think they mainly have a drive-through clientele so they were a little slow getting my meal to the counter, but the food was good and the place was clean 1299 for bacon cheeseburger order fries and a medium diet Dr Pepper and it was a special order and they did get everything right😊🙂↕️

Gentlemen behind the counter was very nice...order was perfect and given quickly! One of the best experiences I've had at a Wendy's!
I waited over 45 minutes for my order at this Wendy's location and nobody paid any attention to me. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Customer service was honestly terrible. I tried to be patient, but it felt like I was being completely ignored. This kind of experience is unacceptable. Something seriously needs to change here.

Came in with my family and we stood in line behind 3 doordashers waiting to get helped while we were in line another family came in and they took their order way before they took our after watching us waiting . It wasn’t even busy and the manager saw me and my family standing there waiting and took and called over somebody else . As well as my chicken sandwich being thrown together and being extremely soggy and wet when I ordered no sauce on it . This place needs better management and employees. They should also be aware some people are bilingual and understand what they say.
