Seems like new management may have come in. As this is a completely different Wendy's! In the past I begrudgingly came to this location when I had a real craving for Wendy's. As it was the closest to me. The food was always subpar, only slightly warm, or left too long under the heat lamp.
I tried this location again at the beginning of December. To my surprise it was absolutely amazing. The burger was hot, fresh, and juicy, like it had been just made. And wasn't sitting underneath the heat lamp for hours being desiccated. The fries were perfectly salted and crisp. And I didn't even go during prime time this was around 8: 30pm.
Hats off to the new management and workers running this place. This is a major improvement and I will be back for my Wendy's fix much more often now that quality has improved greatly!

Horrible service. Ordered a large and small frosty and 2 Dave’s single hamburgers last night around 10pm at the drive thru. Was over $19. Drive thru guy was pretty rude and made fun of me for requesting a straw and spoon. No big deal, but when I got home I realized there was only 1 burger in the bag. Went back tonight after work to order more food and was told since I didn’t have my receipt from last night (which was also not put in the bag by rude drive thru guy) that they could not give me a burger for free with my new order to compensate for last nights mistake. Just lost yourselves a customer. This was the ocean township location. Terrible customer service. Thumbs down!

We just left the beach and didn’t want to go to a sit down restaurant. We needed to get food for the 1.5 drive home. Not a fast food restaurant fan but needed something quick since my toddler was begging for French fries. This Wendy’s was really good! The fries tasted different, like they just peeled the potatoes and threw them in a fryer. I was really impressed. Good crispy chicken sandwich and fast drive through service!
We were dine in for 2 people on 8/30/24 Both Biggie bag chicken sandwiches & nuggets were not cooked. My granddaughter has already eaten 2 of her nuggets and said they didn't taste right & threw away her remaining nuggets & chicken sandwich. I went up to the register and showed them my nuggets & chicken sandwich is not cooked towards the center. Then showed it to the manager & told her I just want the nuggets cooked & not to worry about the sandwich. No apologies at all, made me sit there waiting & waiting. Then called nuggets are ready. She had my 4 pcs of nuggets in a paper bag, how rude of her & I was a DINE IN. She gave another set of uncooked nuggets from the same batch.
I noticed when I walked in NO CUSTOMERS WERE DINING IN, They're not up to date with their fountain drinks, no plastic utensils or napkins out for the customers as if they can not sit inside. When my granddaughter asked if she could have crayons to draw on the paper on the tray, she was told they don't have any.
If you want good Wendy's food, great customer service go to WENDY'S in HOWELL, NJ it's always crowded, customer dine in, the food is fresh & tastes great

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal that comes with lettuce, tomato and pickles. I said I don't want pickles; they gave me the sandwich with only lettuce on it. I also ordered sauces which I did not get in my bag. I also ordered a pretzel burger and only wanted cheese and bacon on the burger and got mayo, lettuce, and tomato. My cousin can't eat tomatoes and mayo. Customer service through the drive though was nice. But they need to check the bags B4 handing out to customers. Sadly I couldn't go back to correct their mistake bc I wasn't local when I went to my cousins house to go eat.
