I GO HERE ALOT. FIRST I SAID DOUBLE DAVES BURGER JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. GOT HOME BURGER HAD EVERYTHING ON IT. ALSO GOT NUGGET MEAL WITH SODA . SODA HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN IT. IT WAS WARM... MAYBE NO SPEAK ENGLISH. I DON'T KNOW BUT EVERYTHING WAS WRONG AND TERRIBLE. NO MORE GOING HERE FOR ME LATE NIGHT AFTER WORK. I WOULD ONLY GO HERE WHEN THEY ARE OPEN INSIDE...

Food is usually mid, my burger today was drenched in ketchup. There's also rarely ever anything out for you to actually take with your meal... Napkins, forks, spoons, hell even the ketchup dispensers are empty. Its sad.

Terribly UNDERSTAFFED! Order a meal as a mobile order through drive thru because I am on my lunch break(NOT a very long one) I arrive to the restaurant 10 mins after the food was ordered and once I got to the window the girl told me to park and come inside due to the state being there or WHATEVER caused the influx of customers and super long lines and I looked thru the window and can clearly see my meal on the blue shelf in the back. I proceeded to park my car and come inside where I had to wait an additional 20 mins, surpassing my lunch break time now. Once someone finally got to me which was the same girl I spoke to from the window I asked her to cancel my meal and that I want a refund. I’ve waited long enough, I had no food in hand and my break was long over. She proceeded to then go to the shelf and pick up the food I had saw earlier from the window and handed me, my now freezing cold order. Worse customer service I’ve had from this place in a while. I want my refund and will not be coming here again.

If I could rate it a zero I would the Male manager has a very bad attitude who was working in the drive thru very impatient and rude and said come on bro when trying to get a situation figured out while there was no one in the drive thru line behind ended up not making a purchase due to customer service

I don't want to give a too negative review, but I will be very honest here. Most of the time, the quality is fairly good and I rarely have issues, even when I take multiple items off a burger. However, my order recently was abysmal. I ordered online and bought the new Wednesday Frosty, only for it to arrive with no Frosty (my driver had a photo from when he picked it up, they simply never filled the cup). The fries were also underdone and my drink was wrong. I've never had an issue with this location before, but since others say the quality can be inconsistent, I wouldn't be surprised if I'd simply been lucky before to not have issues.

Was there yesterday, I don’t like the kiosks to order your own meal, then stand and wait for 10-15 minutes for the order to be filled. Only 1 person taking orders from people and 1 other filling all orders for inside dining. No napkins, or ketchup at the station. Not fast food, never had to wait this long, and the chili is not like it used to be, thin, watery and not as not meaty. Honestly, service was faster in the drive through lane. No one wiping tables etc. Will not be coming back to this Wendy’s even though it’s closest to my house.

didnt order spicy chicken. did not say the word spicy. got spicy. gi issues means i cannot eat anything spicy. i worked in fast food for nearly a decade i do not understand why this is so difficult

So bad they forgot my cherry sauce for my wednesday meal and they didn’t give me a spoon and they forgot my spicy chicken nuggets i’m very disappointed and i’ll be leaving a bad review

One of the BEST WENDYS I’ve been to in a while. The fries are always fresh. The baconator, is just that, A BACONATOR WITH ENOUGH MAYO KETCHUP CHEESE BACON AND FRESH COOKED MEAT. The staff is super friendly! 10/10💕
