The crew here is so nice. :) I recently had to seriously decrease my caffeine intake, so I've been avoiding going to dunkin. Decided to go, and the man who helped me at the counter was so nice and took the time to explain which drinks had little to no caffeine, and what substitutions would change it also.

They know the regulars, they move like a well-oiled espresso machine, and they somehow manage to stay friendly, funny, and unbothered by morning gremlin energy. My order is always right. The vibe is immaculate. The energy is fueled by caffeine, kindness, and chaos, the perfect blend.
Shout-out to the whole team for turning a simple coffee run into the best part of the day, every single time.

I stop at the Ogdensburg Dunkin’ every Sunday for my medium coffee, and I honestly look forward to it all week. The crew that works Sundays makes the experience incredible every single time.
Katherine is always the first to brighten my morning—she has this warm, genuine greeting that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
Tate constantly asks fun, random questions that crack me up and get everyone laughing.
Chris brings a great sense of humor to the counter; he always has a quick comment or joke that lifts the whole mood.
Arianna is super personable and upbeat—she keeps the energy lively and friendly.
And Brian? He’s unbelievably fast and efficient. My drink is usually ready in under 10 seconds, and somehow still perfect every time.
This Dunkin’ is always great, but Sundays feel special because of this team. Their nametags, their personalities, and the fun, easygoing way they work together make the place feel alive. It’s honestly so fun seeing coworkers who clearly enjoy each other and make the customers’ day while they’re at it.
Having this group on Sundays is the best. I hope they stay forever—they’ve become a highlight of my weekend.

Both the manager and the workers at 5:00 on 11/7/2025. I walk in and the worker has her headphone in; the manager is right there and yet says nothing meanwhile my whole order was wrong. After adding one slight detail (saying no jelly donuts when I only one was put in) she freaked out rolling her eyes did as asked and then practically threw the bag at me. When I was waiting for my coffee it took the nasty and rude worker and manager who did not call out the unprofessionalism but rudely told me I gotta walk all the way down, with no signage. Terrible; never coming back!

Didn't catch his name but an employee working Friday 9/12 Morning saw I looked at my drink (honestly cause I couldn't remember what I had ordered and wasn't sure why it was so dark) and asked if I needed anything changed. Very considerate and overall good vibes

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I genuinely love my local Dunkin' and the incredible staff who work there. They are consistently amazing, always friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond to provide great service. This review is not a complaint about them, but a desperate plea for corporate intervention to improve their working conditions.
My biggest concern, and one that demands immediate attention, is the severe lack of air conditioning inside the store. It's truly heartbreaking to see the dedicated employees working in such an uncomfortable and, frankly, unsafe environment. I've witnessed them wiping sweat from their brows while serving customers, which is not only difficult for them but also raises hygiene concerns.
I often visit Dunkin' not just for a drink, but also to cool off from the heat outside. However, lately, it feels just as hot, if not hotter, inside the store. This makes it impossible for customers to find relief and, more importantly, creates an unbearable situation for the staff who are stuck there for their entire shifts.
This isn't just about comfort; it's about the health and safety of your employees. Working in excessive heat can lead to dehydration, heat exhaustion, and other serious issues. These wonderful individuals are the backbone of your business, and they deserve a safe and comfortable place to work.
Dunkin' corporate, please take this matter with the utmost urgency and seriousness. Your staff at this location are truly gems, and they are suffering. Investing in proper air conditioning is not just a luxury; it's a necessity for their well-being and a testament to your commitment to your employees. Please help them.

If you’re going to close early because of New Year’s Eve, you should probably turn the open sign off and leave a note saying we closed early and not close at eight when you’re supposed to be open till nine

Consistently mediocre. Everyone who works the morning shift consistently shorts us on flavoring. They are willing to add more if asked, but that doesn't fix anything if there's a 70 percent chance of it being done wrong to begin with. The whole point of mobile pick up is to be quick and easy. Not making two stops because of a quality control issue that's very clearly on the staff.
