Great bagel spot if you wanna wait 20 min pick up for just 3 bagels and a muffin. Does not match the brooklyn locations.
Placed an order 10 min ahead, got told twice after 20 min to wait for someone to pull a bagel off a shelf. Bagels were super chewey and not fresh at 10 am, Trash.

If you have a phone number than why can’t you call in an order ? If you’re in the car and on the go you can’t order online. Good food but unconvinced. I don’t want to pay more money ordering pick up with a food service . The prices are less in the store than ordering online. I had to wait by their pick up area and took a peak in the kitchen. No one wearing gloves. Every employee answering the phone saying the same thing to customers. “ We don’t take orders over the phone”. The line in here is ridiculous! What a shame. The food is so good however this will be the last time I get food here.

The bagels are good but the way this place is run is absolutely ridiculous. I stood there for 10 minutes with no one in front of me in line waiting to get my order taken is a constant problem there with getting your food in a timely manner. I do not care about how busy it is you refused to have proper line separating people. You don’t take anyone’s money so that we need to come back to the counter and pay. I can’t believe anyone still goes and waits here. I can literally order drive to a different bagel store get my bagel and drive back to bagel boy and my order still won’t be finished! Get it together!

First experience - long line but moved pretty quickly. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, paid almost $9, sat in my car to eat it and it was fully cold. Popped it in the toaster oven when I got home, ended up being pretty good, but I prefer my food served hot especially when I’m paying for it

I've gone to Bagel Boy since I moved to Old Bridge. After today and the last few times I have gone, I will not be going back. The quality of service and food has gone down while cost has gone up. Today, I was charged an extra $2 for lettuce, tomato, and onion on my sandwich. The best part was that I got home to having none of them on my sandwich! I understand that everything is more expensive now-a-days, but a $1 upcharge for lettuce is asinine. I would have not gotten those toppings if I knew about that rediculous charge. Turns out whoever made my food, thought the same thing
I drive an hour to get these bagels. I always grab hero while I'm here as well. You cant go wrong with anything you get from here.

1st time visiting. Even with my low star review, I believe this place deserves a 2nd shot. The guy that helped looked and moved with his experience on display. I asked for 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese. I wasn’t offered any toasting options or anything. I received just that 2 very untoasted bagels. Still edible but Hard to enjoy a bagel like that in my opinion. I felt rushed by him and resulted in a terrible experience for my first time in. There is potential maybe with a different server. The atmosphere is friendly by all means. They are worth a shot

Excellent poo tonally slow even when there are multiple people behind the counter. Workers are generally unfriendly. More like a factory line. The food is average deli food nothing special. Customer appreciation here seems very low.

The service is horrible. They have about 10 people behind the counter— but they’re all going in circles. Meanwhile, the line doesn’t move. Is unacceptable to have wait so long on line when they clearly have the staff. What is everyone doing??

First forgot to make a bagel which is understandable it was busy but then I told him the order again and he made the complete wrong flavor bagel with the weird flavor cream cheese I understand your very busy but it was literally him turning around and making it after messing messing up u would think u would try your best to give the customer the best possible experience and also the same man got nasty with my wife the last time she was in there
