This is a great establishment! The service is always energetic and friendly, even early in the morning! So many options to choose from and everything is always super fresh and tasty. I can't think of a better way to start the day!.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Charged me a credit card fee when I paid cash. Waited 15 mins to only get a cold sandwich, cheese not even melted.

I had high hopes for Bagel Talk, but my experience was quite disappointing. When I received my order, it was completely wrong. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner was argumentative, insisting there was nothing wrong with my sandwich. Things escalated when he grabbed the sandwiches out of my hand and basically threw me out, reminiscent of a "bagel Nazi" experience. It's unfortunate, as I was really looking forward to a good meal. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

This place has certainly gone down hill. No reason why the other bagel place crosstown is so much busier. The staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. A nice smile and welcome to etc. is not hard to do. Management needs to certainly make some changes or maybe they just don’t care. I see a lot of bad reviews here going unanswered. If I was the owner, I certainly would want to hear about this and address it immediately.

Tried to get some bagels to take home,every kind I wanted was out! If I wanted whole wheat,multigrain,or rainbow I could have had bushels. But BlackRussian,rye,sesame not available!Even the plain bagels were somewhat depleted.Wasted trip!

I used to like this place. But, for some reason, the staff has become really rude. They were very obnoxious and condescending to my wife. Plus, they double charged her for the dozen bagels she ordered. My wife had to call them out on it. Never going to this place ever again!

I bought 5 sandwiches and they were all wrong. They didn’t put anything on the sandwiches that I paid extra for like hashbrowns and tomatoes. I got turkey sausage instead of turkey bacon. Everything prepared wrong. Drove back to return it and was told to call DoorDash for a refund since I ordered through their website. They didn’t offer to fix the order. DoorDash said I had to return to get a refund. So basically wasted $67 for a nasty breakfast. Will never come here again

Put an order in through there website and it was all wrong so I called and tried to return it they said bring it back. I bring it back they said I need to call door dash so I go to call door dash it sends my call to there restaraunt and now they won't answer. I got ripped off.

3rd time ordering from them and they F’d up my food AGAIN. The first two times I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it didn’t come with egg, and the pork roll was small triangle pieces. This time I ordered and they at least remembered the egg, but when I got my smoothie…..it looked like it had been sitting there for days. It had completely separated and looked like a science experiment. I will NEVER order from here again.

Update your menu on your website. I came here thinking I could get an egg sandwich for a decent price to find out it's $3 more expensive then what your website says. $7 for a bacon egg and cheese. Ridiculous.
