I stopped in this morning and waited till 6:30 am as I walked into the store, I noticed that most bagels weren’t available yet. I kindly asked the worker if everything bagels were almost ready, his response was rolling his eye and shrugged his shoulders and made a comment as he sucked his teeth saying Saturday and Sunday…….. I stopped him and said with that attitude and response you can have a nice day. It’s 6:30 on a Sunday….. Bagel Talk has great bagels but with workers like him. I’ll be driving elsewhere for now on. Another thing I don’t understand is if you’re open at 6am, by 6:30 most bagels should’ve been baked already……… Old Bridge Bagel Talk needs better customer service Papi…..

Bagels are not large and taste more on the plain side. the service should be just a little more organized because it seems like there are a lot of people , but still have wait for the order to complete. this particular area does not have a lot of bagels store, so I see a quite some people traffic going thru this store. so, nothing bad , but nothing extraordinary.

Called 2mins after placing a DoorDash order to ask for my bagel toasted and an orange Gatorade. Got neither. Called back the girl said the bagel was already made and there was nothing they could do lol and that she forgot about the Gatorade. Great service huh? Bagel with tuna salad was completely unappetizing.
