My favorite bagel place in the area. The food is consistent and delicious and the staff is awesome - I've never had them get my order wrong and they are super nice. They recognize repeat customers and make you feel at home. Prices are reasonable too!

Bagel Talk used to be my go-to bagel shop, but today was my last visit.
I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. I could clearly see my order was ready, yet the staff saw me standing there and ignored me for about 5 minutes. No acknowledgment at all.
Then, out of nowhere, one employee started shouting at me in front of other customers, telling me to stand on one side of the store. I explained I was just waiting for my order, but he continued yelling and even said, “I’m going to give you nothing.” It was extremely embarrassing and completely unprofessional.
This happened on Christmas Eve, and the store wasn’t even very crowded—so there was no excuse for this behavior.
The owner really needs to train the staff on basic customer service and etiquette. Otherwise, they’ll keep losing loyal customers like me. There are plenty of other bagel shops nearby, and I’ll be trying those instead.

I ordered a 1/2 dozen bagels with a free bagel on Door Dish with the listed receipt items. The bagel order was completely wrong as if they ran out of that kind and gave me whatever was left. I paid an extra 50 cents for a particular kind of bagel that I never got. Also, I DID not receive the free bagel.

I stopped coming to this place because of poor customer service, but decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The employee who assisted me was rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I admit I responded with attitude as well, but his behavior was the same reason I stopped coming here in the first place. Individuals with this kind of demeanor should not be working in customer service. I will gladly drive farther to purchase bagels elsewhere.

They’re friendly and food is delicious and quick. We go for breakfast and lunch and both are wonderful. Soup of the day is yummy. Especially the turkey chili.

I stopped in this morning and waited till 6:30 am as I walked into the store, I noticed that most bagels weren’t available yet. I kindly asked the worker if everything bagels were almost ready, his response was rolling his eye and shrugged his shoulders and made a comment as he sucked his teeth saying Saturday and Sunday…….. I stopped him and said with that attitude and response you can have a nice day. It’s 6:30 on a Sunday….. Bagel Talk has great bagels but with workers like him. I’ll be driving elsewhere for now on. Another thing I don’t understand is if you’re open at 6am, by 6:30 most bagels should’ve been baked already……… Old Bridge Bagel Talk needs better customer service Papi…..
