Called 2mins after placing a DoorDash order to ask for my bagel toasted and an orange Gatorade. Got neither. Called back the girl said the bagel was already made and there was nothing they could do lol and that she forgot about the Gatorade. Great service huh? Bagel with tuna salad was completely unappetizing.

Worst place ever treat delivery driver with no respect

Terrible! Sausage egg and cheese was tasteless. Barely put any cream cheese on the bagel. Both tasteless and bland. Also employees were arguing and ignoring the fact they had a customer at the register.
Do yourself and the community a favor and either close up shop or seriously take a step back and look at what you’re doing here. It’s not that hard.

This is a great establishment! The service is always energetic and friendly, even early in the morning! So many options to choose from and everything is always super fresh and tasty. I can't think of a better way to start the day!.
Apparently this is what passes for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Waited 35 minutes for this btw.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Charged me a credit card fee when I paid cash. Waited 15 mins to only get a cold sandwich, cheese not even melted.

I had high hopes for Bagel Talk, but my experience was quite disappointing. When I received my order, it was completely wrong. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner was argumentative, insisting there was nothing wrong with my sandwich. Things escalated when he grabbed the sandwiches out of my hand and basically threw me out, reminiscent of a "bagel Nazi" experience. It's unfortunate, as I was really looking forward to a good meal. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

This place has certainly gone down hill. No reason why the other bagel place crosstown is so much busier. The staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. A nice smile and welcome to etc. is not hard to do. Management needs to certainly make some changes or maybe they just don’t care. I see a lot of bad reviews here going unanswered. If I was the owner, I certainly would want to hear about this and address it immediately.

Tried to get some bagels to take home,every kind I wanted was out! If I wanted whole wheat,multigrain,or rainbow I could have had bushels. But BlackRussian,rye,sesame not available!Even the plain bagels were somewhat depleted.Wasted trip!
