They have no idea what size is a kid’s scoop.

I basically come over here because they open 24hr
But the ice-cream flavors are not good Expect a coconut flavored ice-cream
I don't know why they charge more compared to other baskin robins
At least A dollar is more on each each scoop

Never has a issue until today ,went around 10 pm for a cappuccino blast and we always get it with Jamoca ice cream which in the drive thru speaker i didn't understand a word he was saying ,so I proceed to the window he was saying that's they dont do special drinks wich I replied you are only switching vanilla cream with JAMOCA ice cream I told him we always order it like that and he continued so say they dont do that that he was the MANAGER GUSTAVO
ZERO STARS You guys need to get good workers that wants to work and good managers dont waste your time and money in this location

I would give zero stars but I wouldn’t be able to review this place. This Dunkin/BR is unprofessional, staff is rude and cannot get orders correct and was argumentative when my family asked if we can get a cone with the ice cream when we repeated cone over and over again. The order wasn’t that big and they made us pay and tried to make us leave without the rest of our order. I can forgive being out of things I work in the food industry and know once they are out of something that’s it for that day. Donuts were stale, service was very slow and we were the only customers, then the guy at the window tried to argue with us and made rude comments as we pulled away saying because he failed to put it in the system we would have to pay for it again. Don’t go here unless you want to waste money and have horrible service.

I drive here for an hour as Uber driver and the guy didn’t want to listen me and didn’t want to make order 1230am .

The quantity of ice cream in this location is not one scoop but half scoop , I asked them why and they told me it’s the management direction . My kids could finish the ice cream in 2 minsNever would visit nor recommend this

If I could give it zero stars I would. My wife goes in there for a milkshake, after about 20 minutes she gets what seems to be milk on ice. Go anywhere except here for a milkshake. The only thing you can get from here is hard ice cream since all it requires is to scoop the ice cream in a cup. However, I don’t think I would even test the employees with that either. Go to Dairy Queen or Rita’s. Stay away!

This place messed up my drink that Is fairly new I’ve been getting for over a week now and refused to fix it or change it the girl was Kimberly *who claims to be the daughter of the manager and just gave me an attitude the entire time. The drink is newer on the menu so I don’t expect everyone to make it right I even came inside to ask politely about it but all I got was attitude. Just because your mom is the manager it doesn’t give you the right to speak down on customers. The girl who made the drink was about to fix it for me and This girl Kimberly* ran up to her and told her not to change it and they can’t do anything about it. I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted my drink to taste right and if that wasn’t possible if they could make the mocha cappuccino blast instead. I come here everyday and never had this happen before. Had to update the review because she gave a fake name

They can NEVER hear us on the speakerThey over charged us even though there's posters saying the items are on special.Gave us the wrong donuts and they were stale

Ordered thru doordash and only received half my order and no one answers phone! For the price bery dissapointed!

Milkshakes are literally milk. Thin and not even that cold? How is that possible. Kids working there joke around and are super unprofessional. 7$ for a cup milk. Terrible location.

Out of basic ice creams and always messing up the orders. Gave us the completely wrong thing. Expensive and not worth it. Don't go here
