Cafe Panterno has been a neighborhood favorite of my family and I for over 20 years. Vincenza and Luigi ALWAYS make you feel like family. The chicken francaise is by far THE BEST in the area. The meatballs, tomato sauce and penne vodka never disappoint and rivals any NYC eatery. I highly recommend supporting this local business whenever possible.

My family and I absolutely LOVE Cafe Pantanero. We live in Sayreville and they are so kind todeliver to us. We always have amazing HOT meals. The food comes in such large protions they are super generous with every dish. This is the only italian my family will order. I highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!

This is the best pizza in the area due to high quality ingredients being used. Hands down! The meatballs are to die for, still one of the only places to get a proper veal Parm. I can't imagine a world without Patanaros!

BEST. SAUCE. EVER! I have been ordering here since I first moved to the area. This is the best pizza i have tried in the surrounding towns. The sauce that they use on their chicken parm dinners is the best homemade sauce I’ve EVER had. Their pizza is delicious. I’m especially a fan of the buffalo chicken slices! I cannot say enough great things about this place. And their prices are absolutely reasonable. Check them out!

This place is the absolute worst. Their food is terrible and they can’t get your order right. They offer online ordering and then after they mess your order up.. twice in a row on the same order... they say well you should have called it in then... wait so you can’t read?.. I brought them my cheesesteak back because it was literally a slice of a steakum.. I asked for American cheese and mushrooms.... yea I didn’t get that... place is awful.
