Average chick-fil-a interior with two lane drive through. One lane is dedicated solely for mobile order pickup. On busy days and nights there will be employees taking orders via tablets. One of the more efficient and busy chick fill a in the area located in corner of a busy complex

Recently went there and team lead John helped us. Let me say this. I don’t know what John gets paid, but he deserves a raise. I cannot remember the last time someone in any fast food business helped me as much as John.

I ordered a meal and redeemed reward points for a milkshake 12/6/2024 at 6:50 PM. First driver arrived around 7:13 PM. Never got out of their car, never contacted me. Driver left. I called the driver and got no answer. I called the store and was informed that the wrong order was sent and the correct one was on the way. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The next driver arrives about 10 minutes later. I take the food and thank the driver. Go to eat a fry and the fry is barely lukewarm. Same with the nuggets. I called back and the manager insisted it was just made. Except it wouldn't get to that temperature in the time it takes to drive to my home from the restaurant. I've done it a hundred times and the food is never that temperature. The manager hung up on me. I called back and she did say she would refund it and hung up very rudely. I called back and was never answered. I took the food to the restaurant and left it. As I was leaving I could hear her with the other team members laughing about it. I will be calling the store owner on Monday. I can understand mistakes, but I won't take being lied to, getting talked to rudely and being disrespected.

Order was missing the CFA sauce that I ordered through the mobile order, found that after I arrived home, I called the restaurant the guy said to come back to pick them up!!!!
I won’t drive again 20 minutes to pick up sauce!!!
Then he said I’ll let my team know, this is not the first time that an order is missing an item, always check your order before you drive away.
I had a decent breakfast experience this morning which is rare nowadays at fast food chains. My order did take a few minutes than expected but the guy who took my order and gave my food , Adam was extremely helpful and friendly. He apologized for the wait times and asked me how my morning was. The little things made a big difference when it came to my experience personally. I have frequented this chick fill a for almost two years and breakfast and customer service are its weaknesses but I can see improvements are being made. The portions of my meal were excellent and compared with other fast food chains superb. The burrito, the biscuit and the hash browns were delicious!! The food was warm, not dry and it was cooked well done and not raw. I had gotten a vanilla iced coffee for my drink and I loved it . Breakfast times a few months ago were atrocious sometime reaching the 17 minute mark and even at times lunch would take 12 minutes. for customer service: people at the drive thru would not even greet me they would just tell me the price of my meal in the morning or just say my name in the afternoon, but today this experience was different and it made my morning! I will definitely come back for breakfast more times now!

Stop crushing the lids when you put the lids on the cups because then the lids come off and it spills in the car or it spills on the person. The same lid damage was on both of the drinks I received, but when I went back and put the lid on myself, it was not damaged so it is the person putting and smashing a lid on top of the cup. It is not a defect from my eyesight.
Driving up to the establishment, a wonderful employee named Nicholas began taking our order and was doing an amazing job. He was repeating our orders back to us and had a great demeanor. Unfortunately, before Nicholas could finish the complete order, another employee who was training Nicholas, rudely took the IPad from Nicholas before he could finish our order and add our sauces. The employee that took over neglected to fulfill our order correctly and failed to give us the correct sauces. I think everyone deserves a chance to learn and Nicholas was doing a great job, the man who took over clearly was impatient and did not encompass chick fila standards of service.

For whatever reason, whenever I have a Reward on my app and try to redeem it and apply it to my order, it doesn't apply. I have dealt with this issue 3 times already, including today. Each time I've had to spend almost 10 minutes with the employees looking through my app and clicking things to try to figure it out, but it was never rectified within the app. However, both times the employees were extremely kind and assisted me and manually input my redeemed award. This time, I dealt with a manager or director named Javier who looked through my app clicked on several things and saw for himself the reward wasn't applying. He then said to me "this time I'll give you the reward but I won't again. This is an app problem, not my problem." I was very taken aback by this because I said "You're acting like this is an issue I'm causing when there's clearly an issue redeeming my reward and you see for yourself with your own two eyes and the reward is not applying." He said "Well wr don't deal with app issues so it's not my problem." I said "Again, the reward is in the app but you're acting like it's something I did and as manager it is your problem because I earned this reward by spending money here and it's clearly not redeeming and you see for yourself I have a reward." He rolled his eyes and moved to the side and said "Next" to another customer. I said "Wow you are truly unprofessional." He said "you're being nasty" I said "Actually I'm not at all, you are. I'm a customer here and you're acting like this is an issue I'm causing when I have this reward because I earned it by spending money here." He continued to ignore me and was unfortunately unable to speak to anyone else because he was apparently the director of the store. I'm very shocked and upset by this entire experience as my child loves coming here and we've always had great customer service until dealing with Javier today. Very unfortunate and they just lost loyal customers at this location.
