Had to drop a quick review because something about this Chick-fil-A visit just hit different. I was only in the drive-thru for a few minutes, but whoever was on bagging duty—pretty sure her name tag said Emily—made a surprisingly lasting impression.
You don’t usually think much about the person behind the bagging station, right? But she was locked in—organized, efficient, and you could tell she actually cared about the job. The attention to detail was legit. Everything was packed perfectly, sauces included (no forgotten Chick-fil-A Sauce tragedies here), and the bag was handed off with the kind of quiet confidence that made me think, “Okay yeah, this girl’s the backbone of the operation.” Give this girl a raise, she deserves it.

My chicken sandwich was hot and juicy. They got the order correct and brought it to my table, which is a nice touch. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. Even my lemonade had lemon pulp in it, which made it feel homemade. Oh, and my waffle fries were hot too, a huge pet peeve of mine as I hate cold fries. Very good experience.

Manager sam started bullying me and kicked us out. Her coworkers said they all hate her. Also power was out they said they cant serve us bruh just cook the chicken lil bro. Lil coworker bro ryan was just munching up a spicy chicken sandwich in there too bro js cook me one.

this guy wearing glasses has the space very clean the floor very clean i just don’t like the fact that white lady supervisor with glasses told him stop sweeping nothing and move when he was actually doing great service for us who were dinning

Average chick-fil-a interior with two lane drive through. One lane is dedicated solely for mobile order pickup. On busy days and nights there will be employees taking orders via tablets. One of the more efficient and busy chick fill a in the area located in corner of a busy complex
Parking: Separate lot from other stores does get busy
Recently went there and team lead John helped us. Let me say this. I don’t know what John gets paid, but he deserves a raise. I cannot remember the last time someone in any fast food business helped me as much as John.

I ordered a meal and redeemed reward points for a milkshake 12/6/2024 at 6:50 PM. First driver arrived around 7:13 PM. Never got out of their car, never contacted me. Driver left. I called the driver and got no answer. I called the store and was informed that the wrong order was sent and the correct one was on the way. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The next driver arrives about 10 minutes later. I take the food and thank the driver. Go to eat a fry and the fry is barely lukewarm. Same with the nuggets. I called back and the manager insisted it was just made. Except it wouldn't get to that temperature in the time it takes to drive to my home from the restaurant. I've done it a hundred times and the food is never that temperature. The manager hung up on me. I called back and she did say she would refund it and hung up very rudely. I called back and was never answered. I took the food to the restaurant and left it. As I was leaving I could hear her with the other team members laughing about it. I will be calling the store owner on Monday. I can understand mistakes, but I won't take being lied to, getting talked to rudely and being disrespected.
Order was missing the CFA sauce that I ordered through the mobile order, found that after I arrived home, I called the restaurant the guy said to come back to pick them up!!!! I won’t drive again 20 minutes to pick up sauce!!! Then he said I’ll let my team know, this is not the first time that an order is missing an item, always check your order before you drive away.

I had a decent breakfast experience this morning which is rare nowadays at fast food chains. My order did take a few minutes than expected but the guy who took my order and gave my food , Adam was extremely helpful and friendly. He apologized for the wait times and asked me how my morning was. The little things made a big difference when it came to my experience personally. I have frequented this chick fill a for almost two years and breakfast and customer service are its weaknesses but I can see improvements are being made. The portions of my meal were excellent and compared with other fast food chains superb. The burrito, the biscuit and the hash browns were delicious!! The food was warm, not dry and it was cooked well done and not raw. I had gotten a vanilla iced coffee for my drink and I loved it . Breakfast times a few months ago were atrocious sometime reaching the 17 minute mark and even at times lunch would take 12 minutes. for customer service: people at the drive thru would not even greet me they would just tell me the price of my meal in the morning or just say my name in the afternoon, but today this experience was different and it made my morning! I will definitely come back for breakfast more times now!
