I got in the Drive-Thru line and after almost 10 minutes I had still not gotten to the one person who was taking orders in the cold. I eventually pulled out of the line and into the mobile app line, which had nobody, and simply drove away noticing that there were about 6 or 7 more cars before I would even get to the window. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in quite a few years and I guess it will probably be another few years before I go back after this most recent experience.

Great food, clean restaurant, great customer service. I like that they are closed on Sundays, more businesses need to follow their lead.
My only gripe is with the traffic getting out of the parking lot, it’s total mayhem on the weekends with all of the costco customers using the same exit onto Texas rd.

Food is always good. Spicy chicken sandwich is the best. No complaints about the service & the one guy (Ricky) serving tables is the best. He makes you feel at home n ensures he doesn’t leave your sight until your happy n have everything you need. Ricky made our late night dine-in rememberable so wanted to give credit where credit is due.
Chick-fil-A's food is great number one your chicken nuggets is super good and their fries it looks like railway tracks but it's fried it's a small pieces
