Quality is terrible, the counter is consistently dirty and the workers unpleasant. Easily the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I’m truly surprised that it’s still open.

For a newer location, this place should be a lot better. Clearly there is an issue here with all the current 1 star reviews. I have ordered here multiple times with the same bad experience and I refuse to waste my money here anymore. This review is for the most recent order. I place an order online with a specific time frame for pick up. When I arrive, five minutes after the time frame to ensure they have enough time, they haven't even started my order. This was 9:30 at night. It wasn't busy. There was 1 person completing orders while 4 other employees milled around talking and joking. As I observe said employee completing my order on the station closer to drive thru, he places 2 large spoonfuls of rice on my burrito, then a half of scoop of the carne aside as I ordered. It appeared as so that he ran out and simply added a few pieces regular steak from another tray. There is an up charge for the carne aside. Being that he was making the food further than I can protest and not knowing that it was my food until they gave me the bagwith it in it, I didn't say anything.
The food quality is awful. If I just wanted a rice burrito with a few pieces of steak, I would have ordered that. The burrito was large and started to fall apart after the first bite. I'm not sure if it a company wide problem but this location clearly adds a lot of fluff to food to maximize profits at the consumers expense. Unless there is a significant change here, I will not be back.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles over the years, and usually, the burritos are consistently great — rolled tight, easy to hold, and perfectly portioned. But this visit was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle.
The burrito I got looked like a mug of coffee — I’m not exaggerating. It was so thick and round that it literally resembled a giant coffee mug wrapped in foil. At first, I thought maybe it was just mine, but then I noticed my coworker’s burrito looked the same… and so did the guy sitting across the room. Every single burrito that came out of that line looked like a short, overstuffed cylinder instead of the usual burrito shape.
To make things worse, my coworker didn’t even have rice in his burrito — and somehow, it was still rolled up like that. For context, from the tip of my middle finger to the base of my palm is about 7 inches — and I couldn’t even wrap my hand halfway around this thing. Who do they think can bite into that? My mouth isn’t 10 inches wide!
I really enjoy Chipotle and appreciate how consistent the food normally is, but this location seriously needs to retrain the staff on how to properly roll a burrito. The flavor was fine, but the experience of trying to eat it was ridiculous.
I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and provides some refresher training.

My wife ordered two bowls for us and was surprised to open the containers to find soggy and browned lettuce… I don’t understand how they thought this was right to serve in the slightest. Didn’t even bother to contact to customer service because something like this happened last time and they did nothing. Tried to give them a second chance and this was the result… pictures don’t even give the justice of how gross and browned the lettuce was…

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The service behind the counter was rude — the staff didn’t even let me finish my order before cutting me off and moving on. It felt rushed and dismissive. On top of that, the food quality was terrible. Almost every piece of steak I got was full of fat, and instead of fresh lettuce, I basically received just leaves. For the price you pay, it’s frustrating to walk away feeling unheard and unsatisfied.

I went there a couple of days ago, during rush hour. I had to wait about 45 minutes for my food. This is not a complaint, because food runs out during rush hour. During which time, the gentleman behind the counter, Eddie R. Was working his tail off to keep customers happy, to restock, and to clean at the same time. He was very courteous and did a phenomenal job, with limited resources or help. He multitasked the multiple orders and got it correct.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl and was shocked to find a bug in my food while eating. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience has made me question whether I can trust the quality and hygiene standards at this location. I hope management takes this issue seriously and ensures stricter food handling and inspection practices moving forward.

Is it possible to give this place negative stars? I have given them so many chances and they continue to disappoint. They fail to get the orders right and are the most unsanitary restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. I have been waiting in the drive through line for the past half hour and there are still 3 cars in front of me. They act like they’re doing you a favor when this is their literal job. This job is not rocket science. At least do the bare minimum. This place is better off not being here. Can’t wait to see it go out of business
