I try to not be the type to complain but i’m pregnant and you don’t mess with a pregnant woman’s food 😭 This is the second time they mess up an order of mine, I got chicken white rice black beans lettuce cheese and sour cream on the side and chili sauce on the side… my order came in with very little chicken very little lettuce no beans and a ton load of tomatoes and i cannot stand tomatoes!!! 😡 not to mention they even put the sour cream on the bowl which is not a big deal but it made it harder to take off the tomatoes. very upsetting

Unlike the last time, there was no crowd. However, there were only 2 people serving the counters as well as drive-through. As a result, the couple of people in the line had to endure a long wait. This is a new location and somewhat smaller in size and already seems in decline. Besides burrito, I bought a bag of chips. Chips were horrible. Some of them had so much salt in them, so clearly visible. Other chips not salted. Simple thing to mix it up nicely but had to throw the packet out. The onion and green pepper sautéed veggie was out and no effort was made to refill it for us. Overall experience wasn’t satisfactory.

Very slow. The first time I went there was about 7pm, and everything went well, because there was only one person in front of me. The second time I went it was closer to 6pm, and there was about 5 people in front of me, which is fine, but the line literally didn't move for about 5 minutes. People started coming in behind me and the line was getting bigger and bigger. One of the workers was slowly folding and already finished burrito over and over, trying to get it perfect. Like if Adrian Monk was working at Chipotle. So I ended up going across the way to Panda Express instead. Got my food from Panda Express quickly, drove past Chipotle again on my way out, and saw the same people still waiting.

I purchased a chicken burrito and was very disappointed. The presentation of how the food looked was not as described. I experienced ripped aluminum foiI, freezing cold meat and rice, and the burrito was rapped incorrectly. They need better workers with experience!. I would not recommend coming here.

The rice was hard the two times I purchased. They fill the entire bowl with rice, I had hardly any filling twice. I gave it two chances. Sorry, no go. This coming from someone who worked in the plaza with the Freehold chipotle since they opened.

The place is clean with friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. I used to go to holmdel location, but now this is the place I go. I like ordering ahead and going to the drive-thru to pick up my food.

The service is horribly slow. There is no guidance from leadership/management at this store and it shows. I’ve visited this location 7 times since opening and the service consistently sucks.

The young lady at the register gave out old fatty brisket from the ancillary station and had an attitude. That employee ruined it. I will not be back
