I stopped by Chipotle for lunch today. The place was pretty clean and the team members were friendly, smiling, and even made some recommendations, which I appreciated. The food didn’t have the best appearance and could’ve used a bit more seasoning and flavor. I also noticed that, just like the last time I ate Chipotle years ago, it upset my stomach shortly after eating. I went there a couple of days ago, during rush hour. I had to wait about 45 minutes for my food. This is not a complaint, because food runs out during rush hour. During which time, the gentleman behind the counter, Eddie R. Was working his tail off to keep customers happy, to restock, and to clean at the same time. He was very courteous and did a phenomenal job, with limited resources or help. He multitasked the multiple orders and got it correct.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared just the way I wanted. I got a burrito bowl with chicken, and everything tasted super fresh — the meat was tender and flavorful, and the toppings were perfectly balanced.
