I ordered at around 4pm. It’s 5:45pm so i called them and asked if my order left, and they said they never got an order under my name. very disappointed. i even double checked and made sure i called the right place. horrible service. i’ve been waiting for around 2 hours just for nothing.

Came to pick up our just now and they have no one in there. After screaming hello?!?! Finally one guy came from the back and another out of no where popped out. Phone was ringing and no one was behind the register. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues here and no one bothers to fix them.

The new ordering service sucks. Feel like I’m calling comcast customer service to order a pizza. Can’t call the store it directs to a call center that’s painful to deal with and just end up ordering somewhere else. So stupid and unnecessary and great way to lose customers

This is by far THE WORST Dominos I’ve ever been to. If you want elementary school lunch quality pizza, go here!! I have been to multiple Dominos, and every one of them makes the pizza better than this place!! I have given them a couple second chances, but never again. The pizza I got tonight was a terrible, sloppy, mess….just like the last time! They take no pride in the pizza they make here. Highly recommend avoiding!

I’ve been going to this dominos since 1997 when they were in the other location. This is the first time I ordered a thin crust with ground beef and there isn’t barely any ground beef. I also ordered the chicken parm sandwich and it is filled with cheese and sauce with a few little pieces of chicken. I wish I could talk to the owners because this is very poor service. I called and the guy told me he has to fill something out and hung up on me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a thin crust pizza and bread bites - both arrived burnt to a crisp (rock hard). Called the store and the associate was very rude and insisted because I ordered it with light sauce that’s the way it is - when I’ve ordered it that way numerous times previously without an issue. He didn’t seem to care and continued to be rude and insisting the pizza was supposed to be that way. Will never order from this store again!

My order is always super fresh, the drivers are always so nice and on time. My kids love dominos, so we order alot. They almost NEVER get it wrong, and if they do happen to make a mistake, they run right back with the right item. Whoever manages this location does an amazing job and so does their staff!

The worst service a person could ever receive. This is not the first, not the second but the third time I have had an issue with the staff here at this location. They are oblivious to their job duties, they need to be educated on proper etiquette and customer service, and understand it’s okay to say “I’m sorry I messed up but I can do this for you” Beyond terrible!
