“”Do not order from this store”” .. i had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. The pizza I received was extremely dry and overcooked, to the point where it was inedible. On top of that, the delivery driver “ Muhamed “ was quite rude and even demanded a tip and wouldn’t leave until he got it. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was met with indifference and a lack of attention and he was too busy to listen and he thought that i’m calling him to get a credit!! . Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered two pies as well as cheesy bread and something told me to check it before I left and I’m so glad I did because they messed up the toppings on one of my pies…..and when I brought it to their attention no one was apologetic, just took my receipt to make the correct pie and when it was done sent a regular employee to give me the correct one instead of the manager handling the situation……I will never return because this is not the first instance where the customer service was despicable, nor do they care about taking the responsibility of their actions and then fixing it. Don’t order from this location, drive a little further and go to the spotswood location…….went back (shouldn’t have but ordered pies for my daughters school) and found hair in one of the slices…….beyond disgusting 🤢

This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. This isn't the first, second, or even third time—it's the fourth time we've encountered issues. Initially, we received meat on our veggie topping pizza, and every time, the pizza base was undercooked. This time, the pizza was half-cooked and raw inside. We put it in the oven, hoping it would improve, but it didn't. When we called the store to report the problem, instead of apologizing, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. They told us to come in for a replacement, but when we explained that we wouldn’t realize the issue until dinner time, they brushed us off, claiming it was our fault for waiting two hours. Their reasoning was baffling—how could they say that if we didn’t eat it right away, it would magically become uncooked? The person I spoke with claimed to be the assistant manager, and I can’t help but think that if Domino’s had competent management, their business would thrive. The staff here seem unaware of their responsibilities and need proper training in customer service and etiquette. It's disappointing that they can't simply acknowledge their mistakes and offer a solution. Overall, this experience has been beyond terrible. Not going to location any more done

I placed an order of this placed the delivery guy to leave the order at the door The guy called to ask for a tip when we left the tip on the payment online, when I told him that I’m not going to give more tip to him he throw the pizza on the floor and put his finger on one of the pizzas This is so un respectful I called to inform on the place la it this delivery driver and the guy that answer the phone doesn’t care about it
