Had the worst experience today at this dominos. As I’m writing this review the person is still on the phone from when I entered to pick up my order 15 minutes ago. Another associate finally tried to help me after all that time and realized my order is missing even though the app told me it’s ready. Now I’m waiting, even longer for a pizza that was never made. No courtesy to make it right by any means. Terrible organization and customer service, strongly unrecommended.

I called a couple of times and they kept saying that the deals are just online. Lazy people don’t want to work. Then I called the e-town dominos and got what I needed.Have to change the workers. Going to lose a lot with this “hard workers”.

Delivery Ramesh Refused to bring food to apartment. I stated I couldn't leave my apartment due to my pets and I was currently in an office meeting. However still said that he technically completes it by dropping off at the location

I called to let them know of my concern i.e. late even though app says it’s ready it was not even cooked yet when it was time to be picked up, sandwich is cold inside - cheese not melted, peppers are cold and worse of all very rude - making excuses as to how they have no control of the timer on the app - hello! there is a reason why that feature is on the app but the male manager does not get it! Customer service is the worst in this branch. You just lost one loyal customer!

More often than not, the food takes about an hour to get to you. The last few times it came nearly two hours later and barely room temperature. When I called about it, I was told absurd excuses like "it's raining out. That's why it's cold." And not once did they offer to rectify the issue, until I pressed them about it.

Can not comment on the food but rather the delivery driver in the red Honda. He came speeding through the parking lot without looking and almost too off the front of my car. If I didn't stop to look for a parking spot he would have hit me.

Ordered from here twice in the last month. Both times, it took them nearly an hour to deliver the pizza. I live down the street. 4 bucks delivery charge and a tip? Wow.

Did curbside. When food was brought out, I asked about the 2 garlic dips I ordered.after checking every box, the guy said very rude , you have th pay for it . I said, I did. He said no you didn't. if you did it would be written on a box.he then just abruptly walked away as I said I'll look up my order.Sure enough it was in there. So I walked inside to show them and get the rest of my order. They all looked at me dumbfounded...SO MUCH FOR CURBSIDE....get the 7 pizzas home. They were terrible. cheese was thick and seemed fake.was not melted right. cheese bread was burned on sides. Pepperoni was dried out.

Worst experience! We did a non-contact delivery option and the driver was extremely rude. He yelled at us just because we didn't put any light outside. He was probably frustrated in the first place and just showing it on the customers. Dominoes should hire better drivers and not these junk. But other, than that, the pizza was fine.
