I ordered a meal deal that included a 2 litre of soda. I asked for cups as we were dining in. I was told there were no cups, so I asked to swap the 2 litre for 3 20 oz bottles instead, since they didn’t have cups. The person I spoke to was so insanely rude and told me to go buy cups or share the 2 litre and just drink out of it all together. He refused to even try to figure out a way to make it work. He was terrible! I had another person who came and was able to figure it out, but when I say rude… it’s an understatement

Customer service is below average. I ordered online and was trying to call them for something additional but they never responded. When I walked in there were only 2 orders and the guy said we are very busy so we don’t take any calls. Owner or manager should take it seriously as they don’t pick up the call or take over the phone orders

If I could give 0 stars I would, super slow service, rude people. They did not even have napkins for eat-ins, do not recommend at all. The guy was very rude to my elderly mother who asked for a napkin to wipe her hands and he said “go and buy them”.

2 star is wayyy too generous for this disgusting place! I have them 2 chances and they completely burnt my food the first time and then they the next time they got the food wrong and were rude and hung up the phone. Some African sounding lady I hope she gets fired.

Worst dominoes in the area. Driver delivered wrong order and left it outside on the concrete to get cold did not even notify me it had arrived. Called the store to tell them what happened they hung up on me. Was forced to drive to the store Just to go there and for them to refund me....still hungry. Horrible service I recommend you go to any dominoes except this one!!!

This place is the worst! They're constantly missing items or incorrectly making my orders. It's a shame. I try to rectify the mistakes by calling to speak to a manager and I can't get anyone on the phone. Even when you do get someone on the phone it's unbearable. Absolutely no accountability and the lack of any solutions or compensations. I will no longer order from this location and its unfortunate that I can't choose the other locations nearby to actual deliver to me.

absolutely the worst experience ive had with any dominos establishment. order arrived over an hour late and cold. 1 pizza was burned and not even cut into slices while the other was overcooked with half of it missing the cheese. stay as far away from this place as possible as there are plenty of cheaper options in the area that offer better quality food.
