Consistently amazing and always plenty of choice of toppings to go with them. My kids enjoyed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my donuts . The service was friendly and fast, Macwel managed single handedly 10 donuts and surprised me by preparing them in a jiffy. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a tasty treat.

I have always enjoyed visiting this establishment until my recent experience on October 3rd at 2:45 PM with an employee named Maxwell. I entered the shop to order a coffee and a 10-count donut dipper, only to be informed that it would take too long for him to prepare and that he was unwilling to make it. When I inquired if the menu was displayed for customers to choose from freely, he responded that I would need to wait for a fresh item. I pointed out that he never asked if I was okay with waiting. His demeanor was quite rude and lacking in customer service. If this employee is unwilling to fulfill orders from the menu, he may not be suited for a role in a donut shop, where the primary responsibility is to serve customers and prepare the requested items. I would have been fine with waiting 20 minutes; my concern was his dismissive attitude, essentially discouraging me from placing my order due to the perceived inconvenience of preparation, as he claimed the machine had not yet been started.

I visited Duck donuts oldbridge location on route 9 with my free donuts &coffee coupon( which I received after standing hours in line).It had no expiration date ,which was the whole purpose, you could redeem it anytime. So,today when I presented it the new manager bluntly refused saying he would not give free donuts &wouldn't honor the coupon because supposedly he wasn't the one who handed it out. After asking him quite a few times to honor it as its Duck donuts coupon whether or not he handed them out,he didn't budge saying that he is the new manager & he wouldn't honor it. It was super disappointing &unprofessional ..that was poor customer service. Not going back.
