Lets be clear, this is the palace of all the Dunkin in the area. The place is immaculate, super organized and really well kept. Even the bathroom was in great shape. I was there on the weekend (afternoon) and was happily surprised to see this place fully staffed. It was not like others where the same person needs to work magic to be on the drive-thru and the counter at the same time. Great work guys, I appreciate the amicable faces of two of the three members working at that time (it is good enough). I want to recognize Adriana, for being so friendly.

The line had 2 people in it me.and 1 other guy took like 3 mins to get to his order then mine then had to wait agian and to see 4 people on at the time working was like what's going on

I have not been to this location in a long while because of the staff bad attitudes at drive up. Mom really wanted her frozen coffee as it's her birthday so I came because it's near her home. Horrible service ? Not worth coming to this location anymore. Waited few minutes for employee to at least say welcome to Dunkin or say hi. I said hello since no one greeted. A male stated he is busy and I have to hold on in rudely voice. I can't believe I'm going through this again at this location ? When he finally said how can I help you, I provided my mobile order. He made no eye contact nor apologize for being rude and not even a thank you or have a good night! So disappointing

So we had a pretty warm week this week. This place has not had iced coffee after 5 o’clock every night management is definitely sleeping. Ownership is definitely sleeping. This is not even a heat wave and they ran out of iced coffee.

They never have donuts after 9:30 PM never have Boston cream never have jelly and they don’t get it to the next morning and they’re open 24 hours means if they run out of it at 3 PM in the afternoon you’re not getting it till 6 AM and I think that’s unfair if you open 24 hours, you should have a donuts there so people can they don’t have an assortment of donuts so if you want any donuts, you better find a donut shop or they should open country donuts they have donuts all night long and delicious. Dunkin’ Donuts is a hit and miss. Sometimes you got fresh and sometimes it’s not good employees work hard and it’s ashamed that they have no donuts to give people and we get mad at them, but it’s not therefore it’s the company
