The manager heba packed my iced coffee and hot sandwiches in the same bag. I asked her if she could keep them separate and she said no. Then I asked if it is wise to put a cold item and hot item together in a bag and she snapped that she does it her way not mine. Truly terrible.

Probably one of the worst of all Duncan I have been to. Dirty and sloppy. The kids working in there obviously don't want to to be there.
Horrible customer service, went through drive through ordered 1 reg coffee 1 latte, and 4 donuts to take to coworkers. Donuts were smashed and thrown in a bag coffee had nothin But coffee grinds in the bottom of cup. Wish I could include picture of the order. Called and spoke to Daniel I explained to her the problem became rude on the phone.
