This place is awful, walked in to just order a French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar, no biggie right? What i got was an already made coffee, not fresh, for a pick up order and at the last second some French vanilla syrup added. No sugar nothing, like if I wanted to waste my money I would’ve just ripped it up. America runs on Dunkin? I certainly hope not with this service

Horrible service,I ordered 20 munchkins but kept tryna be upgraded to 25 though I said I want 2 10 pc,they r separate orders,and then I order my mom a butter croissant and they didn't give me butter,twice,and they didn't give me a recipt,I'm apawled by this poor service from what was a decent dunkin donuts

Aside from the occasional missing items/ mistakes in an order that's to be expected, I have had multiple online orders simply not show up in their list to make. I'll go through the entire process of ordering online, schedule a pickup time, show up and they will have nothing for me. Sometimes I'm charged for this, sometimes I'm not. But the issue is frequent enough that I had to stop coming to this location all together.
