Sunday Feb 2nd @ 430pm. I ordered 2 bagels and i could literally hammer 🔨 nails with them. They were purposely taken from the old bin instead of the display. Shame on the kid who sold them to me.

Very rude and very disrespectful

Not sure why these donuts are not fresh especially when you go early morning. Was craving fresh doughy DK donuts..Went through the drive thru and ordered half dozen. Came home and the donuts THE BASIC GLAZED. And it was not fresh. It tasted like it was from the night before. Maybe trying to get rid of the old ones. Soooo upset! Store needs to quality check there inventory! I rather go to the one on 18!!

I never write reviews but my experience here has been so bad I had too. I live nearby and this has been my go-to DD for years. I usually only order ice coffee and recently it is usually always made wrong. The last few times it has tasted like spoiled cream in my coffee. I ordered an ice coffee with cream and caramel and it came out dark like it had mocha in it. It did not. And it was so sour I thought something was very wrong. Went back and asked for a new one showing how off looking my coffee looked. Received a new one and same thing. Looked way too dark and tasted sour. Over the years the quality of this location has gone bad. I can go to another DD down the street order the same thing and have no issues.

There is clearly something wrong with this location and I advise you to go somewhere else. If you mess up a simple ice coffee multiple times then what else are you getting wrong. This has been going on for months not just a 1 time bad experience

Don’t waste your time going to this Dunkin when there’s one just down the road that although they have no drive thru they don’t continually screw up your mobile order big time! It’s not hard to read a receipt that clearly explains how the customer wants the coffee that they paid over $4 for! On top of that they have a big staff but the drive thru line is always 7+ cars deep with very little movement. What a joke! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I went through the drive thru this morning around 1am for a HOT coffee and my daughter wanted a refresher with lemonade.
I pulled up the man asks me “how can I help you?” I give him the 1st order and then rudely asks me in a rush “is that all?” I said no, so I give him my daughter’s order.

I pull up to the window, his face says it all. Not a hello, not nothing. He’s miserable and doesn’t want to be there! I get my coffee which was COLD and my daughter gets her refresher with Green Tea and NOT Lemonade which is what we asked for.

Moral of the story, if you hate working at Dunkin, no matter the time. Please do us a favor and quit! This place needs to hire more friendly and customer service oriented workers. We will NOT be returning and telling our friends about this place.

Stay Away! Very rude and they don’t know how to take an order correctly.

Visited this location today to buy some donuts. The person taking the order was curt and didn't give a total, she didn't even tell us to drive up to the window; just ended the conversation.
When we got to the window, what I assume is the manager or shift lead, was carrying on a conversation with someone else. When he finally turned his attention to us, I asked what the total was and he rudely told me to look at the screen which was located below the window.
We got the money together, and while I'm trying to hand him the $20, he's continuing his heated conversation. Turns out he was reprimanding one of the employees for giving away a sandwich. Whereas I don't disagree with having to address the situation, doing so in front of 3 other employees and customers is unacceptable.
It was incredibly awkward.
I just don't believe in this type of behavior. When I was a young worker, I had a boss that behaved that way. It is plain wrong!
You should pull the person to the side and have the conversation. You don't dress someone down in front of their peers and definitely not in front of a customer.
Please Mr. Manager, do better, your employees are people too.

June 6, 2024 at 5:13am the cashier lady did not put on new gloves, she kept the same gloves on she grabbed my cash and change and with the same exact gloves touched my food to place it in the bag. Unsanitary and careless employee with no shame.

Dirty. And the kid doesn't even know how to make an iced latte had him remake it twice still wrong just gave me iced coffee. What happened to the training dunkin used to make all their employees take ? I worked there at one point too. It's not hard. This is gross.
