usually never had issues here but super bummed by the lack of interest in working. 8:21 PM we pull into the parking lot, no cars but all lights on. Both doors locked. The only worker in there with a headset on clearly walks past the front door avoiding eye contact to sit down on their phone. We pull into the drive-thru instead and proceed to order a box of 12 donuts, after every flavor we listed the worker was rushing us as if there was a line, meanwhile we were the only cars in the line. Halfway through the rushing we felt that it was not worth giving $ to this establishment when there was another dunkin down the road, who were not only open but so pleasant and gave us 2 free donuts just because!

Dirty. And the kid doesn't even know how to make an iced latte had him remake it twice still wrong just gave me iced coffee. What happened to the training dunkin used to make all their employees take ? I worked there at one point too. It's not hard. This is gross.

I absolutely love this location! The entire staff literally knows me by name now and always cheerfully greet me with friendly, warm & smiling faces! All of the staff work very hard here and are very quick, kind, friendly & helpful. I love sitting in here alone, with my child or with friends to, to just talk and relax for a bit or read my Bible. Thank you!!!

2nd time paid for Veg Cream and recd plain Cream cheese. Reason = We were busy ans mistakes happen ??♂️ Really !? Therefore you should NOT be busy to serve the customer the right stuff for what you charged.Appaled by the reasoning of the Manager Mr Peter (aka).
This is one of the better Dunkin' donuts in the area clean efficient and never messes up an order at least for me this is my go-to.

had to repeat my order multiple times and he still got it wrong. he added sugar instead of splenda???got free donuts at the end tho. Please reevaluate your dunkin workers

I go 1st thing in the morning always getting my ice coffee wrong I always get the same thing they either try to give me a hot coffee. The ice coffee tast harabul the lady asked me 3 times an they still got it wrong I go around 6:15am an they never get it right. I also get a wake up wrap an it's put together bad half of everything falling out of it. All around bad visits. The other morning they gave me a bag of munchkins instead of my wrap. Coffee tast harrabul. I've been there after noon ish times an normally no issues just in the mornings I have the issues.
