I’m really disappointed, and I almost never leave bad reviews—but for nearly $6, I expect to get a full drink, not take three sips and already be halfway through! It’s disheartening to have this experience. What made it even more frustrating was when I politely asked a staff member to remove the ice, only to be told that without it, the drink would look like a much smaller quantity. I even offered to pay for a refill to make up for the difference, but instead of a fair solution, I was only given the option to pay for oat milk—just one-third of the ingredients! I really wanted to love this place, but this kind of practice feels unfair to loyal customers. I hope management considers making adjustments to ensure guests get their money’s worth.

$6 for a CUP OF ICE! I ordered a medium shaken espresso but instead I got a cup of ICE with a DASH of coffee. This WASN’T the first time nor the second—this was actually the THIRD time. I even asked for LIGHT ice. YUP, learned my lesson, won’t be visiting this location again

DD has always been good, I love their Macchiato with oat milk. Peeps always seem happy, if you take the time to chat, they remember you too 😊

Came here after 11pm a little bit of a wait but I think only one or two people are working at that hour which is to be expected. My iced coffee was made exactly to my instructions and tasted perfect couldn’t forget to get that cc banana bread

bad costumer service i pulled up and right away was rushing me i told her one second and i didn’t even take a minute and the worked told me to hurry up and wouldn’t even let me finish my order i wanted more things and she cut me off and told me to drive to the next window dunkin food always is good but service needs to be better i will not come here just because of the service women was super rude even when i came up to the window and i was still being nice but she continued to be rude

One of the better Dunkin’s around. However, the past few times they’ve gotten my order wrong (I said small and they charged me for a large)… I say 1 cream, they put way too much cream. 1 cream shouldn’t make the coffee white.
The lady taking orders just has to slow down some. I appreciate the quickness but it’s no longer quick when they have to fix the order.
Everytime I order it cold burnt dry or sloppy presentation..need people who actually care about their job.

This is by far my favorite dunkin near me. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. I am a regular at this Dunkin and I always enjoy coming in. Such a great location aswell. I always enjoy going through the drive thru and sitting inside to drink my coffee. Best Dunkin in Matawan!
