I ordered a large coffee at the drive thru this morning at approx. 7:15. I handed the attendant a $20 dollar bill 2 quarters, a dime and a penny for a drink that costs $3.61. (The $20 is the only bill I had at the time). I received 2 $1 dollar bills as change. I stated to the attendant that I handed him a $20 bill. He stated it was a $5 bill. I restated my claim has did he without rechecking anything. Being late on my ride in to work, I drove off truly annoyed paying $18.61 for coffee that cost $3.61. Thanks DD. Extremely rude. If you don’t wanna work there or are having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. That’s how you lose business - and just lost a customer forever.

While we were going through the drive through the lady who was controlling the speaker was rude and didnt answer when we asked questions when we tried asking for a simple request of creamer and sugar and she only gave us sugar and then closed the window on us.

Dude got upset with me for asking about 1 cup of coffee. Waited 10 min while the drive thru was humming along I was standing there like a moron. Also the other employee was trying her shoes on front line didn't wash her hands and kept making drinks.

Went to the dive-up, placed my order and waited for 10min for my order. Really?!! Not even a, hey sorry for the delay. Just take my money and make me wait even more.

Severe understaffing at this location. Been coming here for yeara and have seen a change for the worse. Today, myself and 5 other cars left because no one was answering at the drive thru. Get your act together!

I never leave reviews- especially on chain restaurants/cafes, but I urge you to go to ANY other Dunkin in the area. The customer service is terrible. They would not refund me for an app order that they did not have in stock when I pulled up to the window. It’s probably best to log those items as “out of stock” online. The least you can do is refund.

It seems robotic They don't want to talk to you. Can't even make a cold brew correctly that only takes 4 sweeteners. Why? Ask how you want something if it's not done correctly. Also, input the order into their kiosk and still cannot do it correctly.
