Just horrible here. They never have late night orders and give you a surly attitude. Two punks who look like a bunch of wet noodles in real life acted tough with me behind the glass yet were cowards hiding inside. They refused to hand over my order claiming they were closed yet it was 856pm yet they on the door close at 9pm. Absolutely a shambles and asinine behavior from them. They should be fired and management needs to clear up this so called establishment. Really disappointed and disgusting behavior here. Door Dash and other services beware! Such a shambles!

I once saw some come from the street without washing their hands and making food and walking out. One employee took garbage with his bare hands and touched the door with his Dunkin apron. Don't know where he went after that touching the garbage first.

One of the worse dunkin donuts i been to. Customer service with the one guy working there is extremely rude!!! I ordered a sandwich and wanted to add additional topping that I've was willing to pay for and u got plenty of times at other dunkin donuts. He gave me the hardest time and still SAID NO.

Convenient location for my work commute, but it’s the slowest one in the area when using the drive through. There could be 3 cars in front of me and it’ll take me at least 10 minutes to get to the window.

Went to buy a frozen coffee no sugar. Got the coffee with sugar and the boy at the drive thru said he made it and didn’t add sugar. I told him I drink this coffee everyday and there is definitely sugar in there.Ask him to remake it and he said he’s not making another one. Ask him for a refund and said he was not giving me a refund. As him for a manager and said there is no manager available at the time!I didn’t even get a receipt for my purchase!Will not go back to this location ever!
My favorite dunkin! This has been my dunkin for 12 years, the crew always makes my morning and everyone is so friendly and kind. If I don't use the app, my order is usually ready when they greet me at the drive thru speaker! Just because they know my car! Leena especially, and the entire crew (I wish I knew names) because they make my family feel like part of the dunkin family! Carla too! Thank you for making the community a happier place! We always stop here when we go to visit my sister in laws grave site at Marlboro cemetery. For some odd reason lately there have been absolutely no donuts ???not sure if it's directly related to Joe Biden s inflation problems...........
