I was there yesterday for having my hot coffee ,, but it was not up to the taste it’s more cremy than the actual taste of coffee, i request for making a new one, but I was told it was come like that !! I am a regular customer having thousands of rewards in my app !! he made me a new coffee but more watery and also seems like he’s not interested to fulfill the requirement, then I nicely told him to give me a refund, but the guy refused to refund saying that not knowing , how to refund !! Nxt morning i go back for seeing the manager whos name is apolina , short spanish lady !! I explained her the whole seneiro but she said you have to come back with that coffee , which I dump in front of him ,,how stupid she looks like !! she also don’t know how to refund and getting rude for giving refund then she opened the register and give me cash back and say go somewhere else not to come back here again !! just a request to the management to fire these kinds of employee who are not friendly with the customers because that’s how you lose your daily customers and business.

The food was fresh and the afternoon shift didn’t have any problems when I requested them to remake my drink. Overall this might be the best Dunkin crew I encounter with

I’ve patronized dunken donuts for years, but no more. I ordered a $5 iced latte (small) and requested light ice, because they usually completely fill the cup with ice and then add the coffee, which results in a few sips before your drink is finished.
I drive up to the window and the employee goes to hand me a cup that’s 3/4 full. Seriously dunken? So as we’ve suspected, you’ve been using ridiculous amounts of ice to rip off your customers. I didn’t even request NO ice, I just requested light ice. Not to mention how often this particular location has screwed up orders, which always seem to be at a disadvantage to the customer. It’s happened to myself, my husband, and several neighbors. Thanks, but no thanks. I will stick to making my own coffee from now on.

I’m a regular at this establishment. Never really have problems. While today’s visit I ordered food along with a half dozen donuts and a drink. Had someone pick up my order and when they came back, Dunkin forgot to give the food. So I myself went to the place to confront them about the food they forgot and instead of them giving me fresh ones, they give me the bag that was sitting there with the food being room temperature.

More than once when i ordered bacon avocado toast i got regular avocado toast but charged for the bacon.

Im allergic to dairy.. i offerred to pay more and willing to pay more for extra oatmilk and steam it for me.. had no problem before at this location or any other for getting oatmilk steamed.. the guy was PMSing tonight , he made the other guy put cream or milk first then added oatmilk then steamed it... so unprofessional...

Very disappointed at the terrible service. Workers at the drive thru window are not friendly at all, and despite repeating our order multiple times at the drive thru, they still got our order wrong.

Purchased three food items - SEC on a bagel, BEC on a bagel, 2x SEC Wake Up Wraps -ALL items have the distinct taste of soap. My wife first noticed after one bite, which led us all to try ourselves a bite of our respective items. She wasn't kidding. Each of us knew exactly what was disrupting our palette. Disgusting food-safe practices have to be at play. Surfaces, utensils, and gloves are obviously cross-contaminated with the cleaning products or just a storage and cleanliness issue in general. I was nauseated, and felt as if I was 10yrs old and being punished for cursing. Horrible experience. Will stay away for a while.
