Very disappointed at the terrible service. Workers at the drive thru window are not friendly at all, and despite repeating our order multiple times at the drive thru, they still got our order wrong.

Purchased three food items - SEC on a bagel, BEC on a bagel, 2x SEC Wake Up Wraps -ALL items have the distinct taste of soap. My wife first noticed after one bite, which led us all to try ourselves a bite of our respective items. She wasn't kidding. Each of us knew exactly what was disrupting our palette. Disgusting food-safe practices have to be at play. Surfaces, utensils, and gloves are obviously cross-contaminated with the cleaning products or just a storage and cleanliness issue in general. I was nauseated, and felt as if I was 10yrs old and being punished for cursing. Horrible experience. Will stay away for a while.

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years and recently started going to this location daily after moving to the area. Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

The service is consistently terrible. The staff are rude, especially the drive-thru attendant, who behaves as if serving customers is a burden. My orders are frequently incorrect, and any attempt to address mistakes is met with attitude rather than solutions.

The drive-thru line is always painfully slow, making it clear that this location is poorly managed. After enduring a month of this, I’ve had enough—I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I intend to report this location to Dunkin’ corporate. Customers deserve better than this. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I live by this Dunkin and have always had issues. I ordered door dash today and the drink they SENT was disgusting! this was the worst drink ever. tastes like spoiled milk and chemicals plus sugar. cup came half empty. no matcha powder.

This isn't the first time I had a issue here either. If you ask for less ice you are getting half a cup of your drink it's bs. The workers here are also very rude

They consistently get the orders wrong after like 6 pm, it doesn't matter if you order ahead from the app. They make you wait and give you the wrong orders. Just go somewhere else
