Idk what they do to their coffee but it’s nasty!!! It’s bitter !! Only this location .. and they won’t fix it…well there goes my money down the drain
Dunkin’ is usually a reliable stop for me. The bacon is always good, and the coffee is consistently solid, which keeps me coming back. On my most recent visit, however, I wasn’t feeling 100% and asked for a cup of water. I was a bit taken aback when I was told it would be $1 for a cup of water. While I understand policies vary by location, it was unexpected and slightly disappointing. Overall, the food and coffee are good, but this experience stood out and could have been handled better.

I love this Dunkin' Donuts. I went in there to the drive thru and I guess for a strawberry refresher and when I asked her what was in it, she says, you know, the ingredients sparkling water and I said, can I just get a cup of the sparkling water next time? Do you guys do that? She said, yeah, now they know who I am because when I come in asking for my large sparkling water, they know who I am. And they always have a smile, I love it

There were 3 people in line when I ordered a box of Joe, 4 wake up wraps and 2 dozen doughnuts for a class I was teaching. When I received everything 20 minutes later, I asked for one of bags to place the cups, sugar substitutes, sugar and the wake wraps. The girl stated to me thats for door dash. I explained to her I have all these things, I need to put everything in the bag so I can do 2 trips instead of 3. As you stated your not responsible for items left. The manager came out and stated no. I explained the same problem and she stated I understand. It will $1.00 per bag. Wow really for a paperbag? Don't worry I won't be coming back there, I'll take my business elsewhere. Horrible costumer service totally unsatisfactory!

The girl at the drive through today (7/14) at 10:30 am in the morning has a really bad attitude. We ordered the food and 2/3 items were legit frozen. We turned around and went all the way back explained to them …my wife even apologized for complaining. She said “drive up” the window opened she grabbed the bag out of my hand and gave back the same items just heated up more (which is fine) and didn’t apologize or anything…not one word with a horrible look on her face. Not even have a nice day. So my wife said “hope you have a better day”.

Ladies at front were not making sense, couldn't figure out the cash register, seemed like they were on drugs. Super weird vibes, left mid order.
Three times to get a sandwich correct. Not hard to follow directions. Went home with my food just to find it’s not what I ordered. Come back and tell them they go and fix it. I opened it right there to make sure it was correct and again it was wrong. Third time is a charm.
