This was an incredible cooking class with Phensri! We made five dishes, plus tea, AND she massaged my wrist when she noticed I was sore. Phensri really cared about teaching us her recipes, not just selling us the class. This was absolutely wonderful! Incredible value, and she even gave us laminated cards with her recipes. I plan to go to some of the summer festivals where she serves as a food vendor!

Phensri is an excellent teacher, gives all the information needed, and makes herself available whenever needed to answer questions via phone, e-mail, text or Skype! All supplies and cooking ingredients can be ordered from Phensri and Darien. In addition to being warm and welcoming, Phensri and Darien keep the learning fun! They also catered my birthday with live cooking, making it a memorable and fun event!

What a great experience. My mother-in-law and I took a class with Chef Phensri on Saturday. Phensri is a great teacher and she makes it fun. The food was absolutely delicious. We came home with recipes, some of the Fantastic Thai sauces and my family has enjoyed delicious, authentic Thai dishes for three days straight! The proof of the teacher is in the student's cooking. It will be hard to pay for a meal at a Thai restaurant again when you can easily make it at home for a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend this class.
