Wife and I decided to grab some food for the first time here. First , the blonde female gave me an attitude. I figured maybe she had a bad day. However, My wife's burger had no seasoning or flavor, her fries were with no salt. I decided to try the bar pizza which was terrible, tasted mostly of oil. Sorry but this place just isn't for me.
A little loud at times especially when the regulars have 1 too many. Good food and service. Mid week lunches are the best.

I hate leaving this review. I absolutely love the pizza here. I Use to get it when Pete's tavern made this pie. Vitali's Bar bought the recipe from Pete & now the Saloon makes it. The only pizza I'll eat. I also like the burgers & chicken tenders w/fries. I've noticed when you got the tenders you got 6. The last time I got 4. Ordered last night for delivery. I got 2 tenders & 15 fries. That cost $10. My daughter ordered a bean burger, got a mushie veggie burger she couldn't eat. This place was always a gem with their food, I have to say the food is going down hill for me. I won't order or come in for food anymore. I'll still get the pizza till they ruin that. As I'm writing this I finally stopped throwing up, had a mild case of food poisoning. Thank god my daughter didn't get sick, I was the lucky one. The owners should check who was in the kitchen Sunday evening & have a talk about cross contamination.
Vegetarian options: They advertise bean burgers but you get the old veggie burgers that were out back in the day. They're are so many veggie burgers out there today that are good. The black bean burgers or impossible burgers. It's apparent they went to the cheaper burger but didn't change the price

been a customer for years and never had a complaint. nornally get the pizza but branched out on some take out and deeply regretted it. my mom ordered chicken tender and fries, when it arrived there was only 2 chicken tenders and less then a handful of fries (for $10). i got the veggie burger and it was beyond nasty, i couldnt finish it! the reason for my review is because my mom got so sick from the food.. either a really crappy cook or unsanity conditons in the kitchen... buyers beware
