We had the chef’s tasting menu and the food was delicious. They adjusted dishes due to dietary preferences or restrictions and we really appreciated this. The service was the most personal and professional I’ve ever had and I have eaten at Michelin restaurants before. I highly recommend!Parking: The parking lot can get pretty full but you’ll most likely always find a spot.

We had a wonderful experience as a celebration of my retirement after 41 years. Starting with just the coatcheck which was very pleasant the entire evening was flawless. Zack and his team of Eric and Jess were excellent. We had chefs table seating at a prime spot where we could watch Zack work his magic on the plates. The service was extraordinary. Desiree and her crew are fantastic. This is a hidden gem.

Wanted to love this spot but I think it's a one and done. Menu is nice but flavors were lacking to us. Service is top notch for sure and the team did a fantastic job. Everything was on point and extremely personable. Don't worry about missing out on the chefs counter. It seems like most of the cooking is done in the back. The only thing done up front is cooking the proteins and garnishing each dish. One thing interesting was you get to watch how many people touch your protein without gloves. One plate I saw 3 people test the doneness with their bare hands. It was a bit bunch. Literally squeezing it. A cake tester might be bette just a thought. I get this goes on but I done want to see my plate passed to three different people putting their hands all over it. Just some feedback. Also the prep area behind the chefs was a bit of a mess. Not tidy at all. Would like to see a more neat work station.

What an AMAZING experience! The food is sophisticated, seasonal, creative, and absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly personal and kind - Mike and Phil did a fantastic job. The atmosphere of the kitchen was very fun as well. We will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: The staff are very accommodating with dietary restrictions, making sure to ask before the meal.Parking: Parking in strip mall area. Crowded but parking spots available.

March 16 2024Chicken skewers were pasty and oilyLasagna was overwhelmed by Asian seasoning and yet again very greasy.Duck was the main and it was maybe 2 oz protein, temp was good and nicely plated.Fish was not eatable as I suspect was sitting out for long time. ( I was at the chefs counter and I witness this )The nann bread was greasy and burnt, we watched in horror as they put a a clump of butter and drizzled with oil.Disgusting to say the leastCitrus sorbet was good however, the orange pieces were not fresh as dehydrated not by intention but once again sitting out that membrane was chewy$234 for dinner that we barely ate and good reason not to. Food for the most part looked pretty except for the nann bread but were does this madness end that restaurants are gauging. My wife and I go out often to Michelin star restaurants and we have been disappointed as in the last couple of years and for this to be a James’s Beard nominee is a disservice to the food community.

What an amazing prix fixe dinner we had yesterday. I completely agree that it’s one of the best restaurants in US. We got our table on the chefs corner where you could watch the chef cooking and plating in front of you. Everything was made fresh to order and plated in-front of you. The food was top notch quality and everything that we had was exceptional. They put so much effort into curating each dish and all the ingredients just blend in so perfectly. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great. I would definitely go back again.

Love HK in Old Bridge. I’ve eaten at a lot of excellent restaurants around the world, and this one has stayed way at the top of my list for a very long time. Excellent service, ambiance, and FOOD. It is reliably a 10/10 experience, and I know that is really hard to pull off. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you HK!

Excellent. 5-star food, 5-star service. I've lived in some great food cities -- NYC, SF, Philly -- this restaurant is as good as anything you fill there without any of the pretentiousness.

I made reservations for a late valentine's dinner with the wife here after seeing good reviews. It is a pre fixed 4 course tasting menu. The restaurant is an open kitchen concept and you had to reserve what type of seating you prefer. It was too bad we weren't able to book a chef's counter experience but we still enjoyed our time at the table. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We decided on adding on the pandesal appetizer, the black truffle shaving, and a bottle of Syrah. I would say the black truffle shaving was not necessary as it is very minimal and barely can taste it. Otherwise everything else was exceptional from beginning to end. The staffs were attentive and continuously refilling our wine and water glasses. We will definitely be returning when they change up their menu.

My husband and I have been here multiple times and it is always outstanding. Between the food the atmosphere and service it's my favorite restaurant to go to for a special occasion. This year we came on valentines day and it was a 10 out of 10 per usual!

I recently dined at heirloom kitchen and had an absolutely delightful experience. The food was not just delicious, but it showcased a remarkable attention to detail. Each dish was expertly crafted, and the flavors harmonized perfectly, creating a culinary symphony for the taste buds. I truly appreciated the chef's dedication to ensuring every aspect of the meal was exceptional. I highly recommend heirloom kitchen to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience where every bite is a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship.

I gave Heirloom Kitchen 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pros:• We had an incredible dining experience at Heirloom Kitchen!• We opted for the chef's tasting menu, which promised 7 courses, but ended up being around 10 courses - talk about exceeding expectations!• Every single dish had flavors that danced on our taste buds.• The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who knew their stuff.• The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or a night out with friends.• Desserts were absolute perfection and deserves a whole galaxy of stars! ? So creative, beautifully presented, and did I say CREATIVE!! I was blown away!!!! there were 2 desserts. The first dessert was a pistachio cake topped with rosè mousse and pop rocks with a side of lychee sorbet!!! Can you imagine!?The next dessert was a caramel candied cashew situation that was topped with dark milk ganache, surrounded with toasted meringue and some potato chips (that created a sweet and savory effect), it also had a side of potato chip flavored ice cream that was topped with a sprinkle of black pepper. Did you keep up? ?Cons:• None!Follow me on Google for more ❤️
