I paid for large fries in addition to my 4 piece meal deal but got what was equivalent to a small fries when I got home. The fries for the meal deal had more fries in it that the actual large fries. Very disappointed

So I went to the drive through tonight, and usually I don’t get the best service everywhere at fast food restaurants, and the kid working there was knowledgeable, super respectful, and just a very nice guy. These are the people we want at the drive through !! Or customer service in general!! Go kfc lol

I came to order the wedges. They gave me regular fries I bring them back mina the manager saids no she heard regular fries when I stop there only for the wedges she refuse to exchange product and only argue with me never again will I visit this place terrible. Customer service shame on you mina

Food was ok. Clean but could be better. Service not good. Long wait with 2 customers inside. Mostly concerned with drive through. Had to mix different stiles of chicken due to shortage. But when I got the tray more chicken came out. Also, apparently you can’t get a bbq sauce if buy anything except nuggets, weird. Had to pay for bbq sauce separate. Not a good experience.

Continually given wrong orders every time I go through the drive thru. Today the tea and the mashed potatoes were definitely days old and being served. Truly done coming here
Very processed food. Very processed chicken. Super greasy vegetable oils. Very unhealthy for you. It is not food and it has hundreds of ingredients so you're not getting any nutrients really. I would not go here. I would not recommend it. I did as a kid and never again. Will I ever return to any one of these establishments ever in my life.
