If I could put 0 stars u would it’s 9:30 and store closes at 10 wasted my time gas and left even more hungry than I was workers inside where just sitting there in there phones they saw me and told me to go to another door that was locked and said oh no and ignored me very disappointed should be fired for unethical work and harassment

What happened to KFC? The food was so disappointing. The chicken didn't taste fresh, there was barely any meat on the chicken we were served. The restaurant was empty and I understand why after eating there. For what we paid, we were ripped off. You can go to Popeyes or even McDonalds and get better tasting chicken. This was not the KFC I remember.

Found out I was missing 2 whole breast pieces from my pickup order once I got home. Disappointed because the food was good and the person who gave me my order was nice but come on. You shouldn’t have to make a mess to open the box in your car to count pieces you paid for before you leave

I have been going to KFC in Old Bridge since they opened, over 30 years. My wife. family. and I loved KFC for many years. But the last few years it has gone downhill at this location. First, it is overpriced. Last week I bought two bowls at $8.49 each. Other KFC locations have it for $6.49. Not only overpriced but there were no more than 5 small pieces of chicken in each bowl. It should be called the mash potato bowl. The owner of this KFC also has one in East Brunswick with the same more expensive menu. The only positive is that the staff are friendly.
