This place has gotten worse Ordered the meal bowl the pieces of chicken were so small it was an insult and not filling had to order something else my partner ordered a 2 piece breast & thigh meal the pieces were small too. Not worth it for the amount of money spent. They need to step it up and do better!

If I could put 0 stars u would it’s 9:30 and store closes at 10 wasted my time gas and left even more hungry than I was workers inside where just sitting there in there phones they saw me and told me to go to another door that was locked and said oh no and ignored me very disappointed should be fired for unethical work and harassment

What happened to KFC? The food was so disappointing. The chicken didn't taste fresh, there was barely any meat on the chicken we were served. The restaurant was empty and I understand why after eating there. For what we paid, we were ripped off. You can go to Popeyes or even McDonalds and get better tasting chicken. This was not the KFC I remember.

Found out I was missing 2 whole breast pieces from my pickup order once I got home. Disappointed because the food was good and the person who gave me my order was nice but come on. You shouldn’t have to make a mess to open the box in your car to count pieces you paid for before you leave
