Private party in traditional presentation of a Kamayan feast (max 35 persons) for my milestone birthday. You meet with Chef Maricel herself to plan the menu and set-up (seating, music, and service). She was very accommodating for one guest who is allergic to soy sauce — a staple ingredient in Asian cooking. She prepared a separate meal for him. She made all my favorite Filipino dishes including Lechon (the best I’ve eaten!), grilled chicken inasal, fried tilapia, chicken adobo, and beef Caldereta (my husband’s favorite). I also recommend her crispy shrimp balls as an appetizer and pancit molo soup. Chef Maricel came out to present the Lechon and explained its significance in Filipino celebrations. The succulent pork and crackling were then added to the other dishes laid out on banana leaves. Dessert included turon and leche flan. The mango birthday cake was beautiful and delicious. We chose their beverage package that included non-alcoholic sangria, soda, coffee and hot tea. BYOB: Guests added pinot Grigio or prosecco to their glasses of sangria. Maricel’s Kitchen is a restaurant on the weekends and a cooking studio during the week where she teaches classes live on YouTube. The studio’s computer equipment set-up provided an opp for my family to project a slide show of photos from my life that guests watched during dinner. Our daughter led 3 birthday games between dinner and dessert where Chef Maricel’s cookbook and gift cards were the prizes. She signed each cookbook. Such a memorable evening!
Excellent service, Exceptional food and great value for the money. Certainly will come back here and we are booking my company party here for this weekend. Maricel and team has done a wonderful job of presenting, preserving and promoting the Fiilipino, Spanish and Asian heritage and culture through her culinary expertise. I recommend highly
Cute restaurant with delicious Filipino food. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. Exactly what we were looking for!
We celebrated my father's 86th birthday with our adult children and the experience was outstanding! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in and were greeted graciously by the front manager and waitstaff. The service was smooth and made us feel like we were dining in someone's dining room. We ordered three towers that were perfect for the seven of us. The food was on point. It brought back great memories of authentic breakfast meals during my childhood. The halo halo and leche flan was a great finale. We plan to return!
Food was delicious and staff were super friendly and accommodating!! Will definitely be back, especially for their Ube and Cream Cheese Pastry!
Food and service were amazing. We're definitely going back. And we're planning to book a cooking experience soon. BYOB!
Went there this Saturday for the first time to try the brunch tower A. Everything is authentic and delicious. My husband and I enjoyed all of it. We are definitely going there for dinner this Friday. So looking forward to it. The chef and the husband are super nice. Staff was all nice. It is a must try. I am sure that we will be coming back for more
We loved every moment. We were greeted warmly and treated so well. We left quite full and happy. Everything was fresh and delicious. We can't wait to go back.
I really enjoyed and I'm glad I could have been part of the first ever dim sum cooking class. Maricel and her chefs assisting in the class were great. They provided good instructions as well as answered all questions and I learned a lot about one of my favorite foods which I plan on making in the future at home. Being an active participant in making the dishes and not just watching was extremely valuable for experience.

Carla Scaturro who was the chef that ran the class was fantastic. She was clear, made it fun, and made both myself and finance; feel we could cook the meal that she was teaching us how to cook. The atmosphere was great, met some nice people who were also there for the class. The staff was accommodating. This was our third class and we would go back again. It was also nice to see that some of the students there have attended classes there before as well. And Carla handled a nice size of about 20 people and did not miss a step.

My 14 yo son attended summer cooking camp at Maricel Kitchen. The 3 weeks that he attended were split by different cuisine: Italian, Asian and Anime. All chefs at this place are very knowledgeable, patient and love cooking. The amount and variety of food my son cooked was countless. Classes were prepared and designed very professionally. Every meal was done from scratch, even sauses. My son had his own working station and tools ready for everyday menu. Kids were taught to cut, julienne, make dough, pasta, deep fry, grill, bake and torche crem brulee. They also learned how to plate foods they cooked and enjoy it during lunch. The parents got s taste if prepped meals every evening too and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place for cooking lessons for kids and adults.

Had my girls join the summer baking camp (very last minute)! They accommodated quickly and were very communicative before we signed them up.
The girls had an amazing FUN experience, everyone was so kind and patient. BONUS was the delicious food they brought home.
Recommend 1000% and we will be back to try all the other services and/or classes!!

I took chef Maricels cooking class on empanadas. The class was fun and very insightful, and the food was delicious. Chef M was very accommodating to individuals needs and very helpful to those who needed.
I ended up buying chef Maricels simply asain cookbook. There's so much information. She lists the standard types of ingredients for asain cooking, ie; soy sauce, rice, etc. Then she tells you the different types of those ingredients and breaks them all down. She also lists tools and kitchens items you should. One of the most informative cookbooks I've ever bought.
