I really enjoyed and I'm glad I could have been part of the first ever dim sum cooking class. Maricel and her chefs assisting in the class were great. They provided good instructions as well as answered all questions and I learned a lot about one of my favorite foods which I plan on making in the future at home. Being an active participant in making the dishes and not just watching was extremely valuable for experience.
Wonderful . It was a new an interesting experience. Our group of 7 ladies had never taken a cooking class before, and we all found it to be a very exciting and enjoyable experience. THANKS CHEF MARICEL
Carla Scaturro who was the chef that ran the class was fantastic. She was clear, made it fun, and made both myself and finance; feel we could cook the meal that she was teaching us how to cook. The atmosphere was great, met some nice people who were also there for the class. The staff was accommodating. This was our third class and we would go back again.
