Private party in traditional presentation of a Kamayan feast (max 35 persons) for my milestone birthday. You meet with Chef Maricel herself to plan the menu and set-up (seating, music, and service). She was very accommodating for one guest who is allergic to soy sauce — a staple ingredient in Asian cooking. She prepared a separate meal for him.

We celebrated my father's 86th birthday with our adult children and the experience was outstanding! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in and were greeted graciously by the front manager and waitstaff.
